Make sure that the width of the last floor is greater than 50mm. By gently pressing down on the floor, the grooves and tenons will naturally snap together, and the joints need to be perfect, smooth and tight. The length of continuous paving of the floor should not exceed 8m, and when it is greater than 8m, please use horizontal transition buckles.

If you cut the floor with a hand saw, the floor pattern is facing up, and when you use a power saw, the floor pattern is facing down. The end of the floor must be cut neatly. The length of the cut floor is generally not less than 200mm, and the width is generally not narrower than 50mm.

The first three rows of floors are the benchmark for all installations and must be pre-assembled. The flooring is installed with tight edges on the long side and gaps on the short side. You can tap the edge of the floor with a wooden hat bolt.

If there is a gap after removing the residual glue, repair it immediately with repair glue. Keep the installation site clean, and do not carry out construction activities other than initial gluing and assembly on the pavement site. It should be ventilated and dry during and after installation, and pedaling should be avoided for 24 hours.

Do not cover the floor surface and keep it ventilated.

The production process of suspended floor is to put the well-proportioned production raw materials into the injection molding machine and press them with plastic molds.

1. When the floor is installed, the moisture content of the ground cannot exceed 10%.

2. Before laying the floor, verify that the heating system is operating properly and allow all remaining moisture to evaporate.

3. Three to four days before the installation of the floor, the heating system is reduced to a suitable installation temperature (about 18 3 degrees Celsius in the room).

4. On the ground with geothermal heating system, it is strictly forbidden to chisele, nail and punch holes on the ground.

Third, the paving method.

Parquet generally adopts the suspension installation method, and the width of the continuous pavement shall not exceed 6 meters, and the length direction shall not exceed 15 meters.

Ordinary tongue and groove flooring:

1. Install the first row of floors from the left side of the room, and add special cushion blocks to the wall with the notch (at the end of the paving, it should be taken out). Leave 8-12 mm for expansion and contraction gaps.

2. Measure the required floor length at the end of the first row, reserve 8-12 mm expansion joints, and sawed off the excess parts.

Fourth, the sawn floor is not less than 300 mm in length as the head of the second row of floors, and the short seam between the two adjacent rows of floors is not less than 300 mm.

The last piece of each row and the last row of floors in the room must be pryed tight with professional tools.

Lock the floor: 1. Try to install the first row of floors from the door of the room, face outward on the side with the rod tongue, add a special cushion block (after the paving is over, it should be taken out), and reserve 8-12 mm expansion joints;

2. Measure the required floor length at the end of the first row, reserve 8-12 mm expansion joints, and sawed off the excess parts.

3. The sawed floor with a length of not less than 300 mm is used as the head of the second row of floors, and the short seams between the two adjacent rows of floors are not less than 300 mm, 4. Geothermal flooring: The basic installation method is the same as the above two types of flooring, with the following differences:

1. The moisture content of the ground should be 10%, otherwise it should be allowed to dry naturally, or use heating and ventilation measures to speed up its drying speed.

2. The floor mat used should be easy to conduct heat, insulate and resist aging.

3. After the floor is installed, the surface temperature of the floor should not exceed 27 degrees in winter.
