The harvest and inspiration of the kindergarten internship, the experience and harvest of the kinder

As a trainee preschool teacher, I learned a lot about this internship and the children I was in charge of. And from the guidance of the old teachers, I have greatly improved my practical ability, so that I can adapt to the education and work tasks of the kindergarten.

In the past few months, although I have been very happy, I have actually had a lot of headaches. When I thought of the first time I faced these children who were as cute as angels but more mischievous than demons, I was already in chaos before I could show my management skills in class. But fortunately, the xx teacher who was tutoring on the side quickly organized the team of children.

This put a stop to the chaos. From this time on, I really realized that although I have learned a lot of experience and knowledge in college, I have to learn more from these teachers who have mastered the internship experience in my internship work! The following is my experience of social practice.

As an intern, my main goal this time is to learn through practical exercises and master the knowledge and work skills of early childhood education. In education, although the children are all similar and cute at first glance, I am not a good teacher to deal with. But soon, as the contact time increased, I could gradually see the difference between these children.

Although the children are not good at communicating, they also reveal their own personality from their usual behavior. Some of the children were very introverted and didn't want to talk to me no matter how much I tried to get in touch with them, but some of them were very positive and enthusiastic, pestering me to play and chat with them.

But from a teacher's point of view, both types of children have their own strengths and weaknesses. Introverted children are quiet and can follow the rules, but they lack enthusiasm and are not very good for the growth of the child itself. However, some children are hyperactive, unable to follow discipline, and may even get into conflict with other children.

But at the same time, they are also very active in activities and can very well mobilize the atmosphere of the class.

Of course, in addition to toddlers, I have also deepened my understanding of myself. After a few days of education and study, I realized some of my own problems, such as:

In my work, I always rely on book knowledge, and I can't make my own judgment by looking directly at the situation in front of me, which not only makes me one step behind, but even causes various problems in the class. In this short period of time, I was often criticized by teachers in teaching, but I also absorbed a lot of experience from their education and improved my judgment ability.

After this internship, I gained a new understanding of the tasks of early childhood education and realized that practical experience is more important than the rules and regulations in books. To this end, I will actively work hard in the future to better improve my educational ability!
