Graduate employment.
Recruitment fair above drawings filled with young graduates once a year hold piles of resumes in their hands. Around a desk in front of the drawings, there are dozens of students waiting for their resumes, but only 7 are to be written by the company for the help desk next to the bureau.
It is clear that drawers want to draw our attention to the difficulties that today's college graduates are faced with finding a job. In fact, in many universities and colleges graduates with an employment rate of less than 50 are much less likely to find satisfying jobs. The reasons for this can be listed below.
First of all, the expansion of enrollment.
Universities and colleges have contributed to a large increase in the number of graduates each year, which has outpaced the increase in jobs in the job market. What's making things worse is that quite a few students prefer to choose those popular majors when they enter universities and look for jobs in big developed cities when they graduate. As a result, it is even more difficult for them to find suitable jobs.
From my point of view, society and graduates need to join their hands in trying to solve this problem. On the one hand, society should continue to focus on economic development in order to provide greater employment opportunities for university graduates. On the other hand, students should choose tons of majors that they are really interested in and have the ability to expand.
Heir horizon when looking for work. Only in this way can they gain more space for their future careers.

Graduate employment.
Young graduates can be seen everywhere at job fairs, each with a resume. They gathered around a table where the board next to it said that the company was only hiring seven, but there were still many students waiting to apply with resumes in hand.
It was clear that the staff there were trying to draw our attention and draw our attention to how difficult it is to find employment for university students these days. In fact, in many universities, the employment rate of graduates is less than 50%, and only a very small number of people can find a satisfying job. The reasons for this are as follows:
First of all, the expansion of university enrollment has led to a massive increase in the number of graduates each year, and the number of graduates has exceeded the number of jobs in the job market. To make matters worse, many students like to choose some popular majors when they enter the school so that they can be employed in developed cities when they graduate. Therefore, it is really difficult for them to find a job that suits them!
From my point of view, society and graduates should work together to solve this problem. On the one hand, society should continue to focus on economic development, so that it can provide greater employment opportunities for graduates. On the other hand, students should choose a major that they are really interested in, so that they can better grasp it when they are employed, so as to expand their horizons.
Only in this way will they be able to secure more space for their future.
