b.Start the engine and continue to listen to the sound of the fuel pump. If the oil pump does not operate properly when starting, the cause of the fault is that the engine control module cannot receive the signal from the crankshaft position sensor.
At this time, it should be checked whether the output signal of the crankshaft position sensor is normal, and whether the connection circuit between the crankshaft position sensor and the engine control module is normal.
c.Directly supply the battery voltage to the electric fuel pump, if the oil pump can operate normally, step 4 test should be performed; Otherwise, check whether the oil pump itself is faulty, or the lap circuit of the oil pump is broken. You can check the resistance of the fuel pump, and if the resistance is abnormal, replace the fuel pump.
d.The voltage of the battery is directly supplied to the E3 terminal of the oil pump control relay, and if the oil pump can operate normally, the E step test should be carried out; If the oil pump cannot operate normally, it should be checked whether the B7 terminal of the fuel pump control relay has the voltage signal of the battery, whether the B6 terminal has the tie signal, and whether the oil pump relay itself is faulty.
e.Check whether the wires between the C2 terminal of the engine control module and the E3 terminal of the oil pump control relay are connected normally, and repair them if necessary.
