I am an insurance practitioner. I don't think it's the insurance salesmen who are resisting, it's some way of doing things.

Many insurance practitioners enter the insurance industry halfway, and their understanding of insurance is not in place, and they only sell products based on performance. A professional insurance practitioner should be guided by the needs of customers, with the goal of helping customers solve problems, and work as consultants. I think that joining a salesman can do these things, and there is no one who can refuse a professional salesman.
3. Unreasonable ways of doing things.
Many salesmen do not have the right way to develop customers, and when they see a person on the street, they think it is their customer, but this person may not need insurance, so of course it will be considered harassment.
For a salesman, the first thing to do is to find those who have insurance needs, and then help them solve the problem, so that it will not be harassment. To be honest, Chinese's awareness of insurance is still relatively weak, although there have been many changes. They will take the initiative to find someone to consult insurance, and there are still not many people who buy insurance.
