    1) Lift the front of the car and support it with a lifter. Then remove the wheels and tire assembly.

    2) Remove the brake caliper assembly.

    3) Remove the cotter pin from the drive axle.

    4) Use a rod to prevent the wheel from turning and loosen the hub nut.

    5) Use the disassembly tool HT2520000 or corresponding tools to remove the steering tie rod ball joint pin from the steering knuckle.

    6) Remove the fixing nut of the control arm from the steering knuckle and ball joint pin, and separate the ball joint pin from the control arm.

    7) Drain drive axle lubricating oil.

    8) Pull the wheel hub steering knuckle assembly to separate it from the car so that the propeller shaft is separated from the drive axle.

    Note: Do not pull the propeller shaft when removing it from the drive axle. The drive shaft should be detached at the sliding spline joint (for this purpose the dust cover should be damaged).

    Use a crowbar to remove the propeller shaft from the drive axle. Be sure to replace the oil seal on the drive axle. When removing the propeller shaft from the drive axle, be sure to secure the half-shaft gear with a stationary tool while removing the shaft.

    9) Properly support the engine and remove it if there is a bracket.

    10) Use the wheel remover to press the drive shaft out of the hub steering knuckle assembly.

    Installation steps: 11) Replace the new elastic clamp on the drive shaft and encapsulate the new oil to the drive axle.

    12) Install the transmission (half shaft) assembly, and connect the lower control arm and the ball pin.

    Note: When installing the drive shaft into the drive axle, use the oil seal protection tool KV38106700 or corresponding tools to protect the oil seal from damage. Once you are done with the installation, remove this tool.

    13) Tighten a ball pin of the control arm with a torque of 40-47 lbf·ft (54-64 n·m), and tighten the lower ball pin stud nut with a torque of 25-36 lbf·ft (34-49 n·m).

    14) When installing the steering tie rod to the steering knuckle, tighten the steering tie rod bolt and nut with a torque of 22-36 lbf·ft (30-49 n·m).

    Tires removed, half axles.

    Fixing at one end.

    The screws are removed, the triangular fixing screws of the lower limb arms are unscrewed, the end screw of the half-shaft gearbox is removed, and finally the fattalanche can be replaced;

    Remove the half-shaft rose, pull out the half-shaft, and then you can see the oil seal, dig it out, and then replace it;

    The half-shaft oil seal is located in the lower part of the chassis, and the function of the half-shaft oil seal is to close and divide the two places of the drive axle and the wheel side reducer, and the half shaft is used to transmit the output torque of the differential half-shaft gear to the drive wheel or the wheel side reducer.

    If you often have to disassemble and assemble, it is recommended to make a special tool, which is very easy to use. If you haven't seen it, I'll describe it first, and I'll draw it for you if I don't understand. Take the old half shaft, remove the bolts, make a large cylinder with iron, about 20-30 pounds, the diameter of the hole in the middle is slightly larger than the half shaft, just let the half shaft go in, and then weld the other end with a round iron block.

    That's pretty much it.

    How to use: Use the end that you just removed the bolt to put on the half shaft of the car you want to repair, fix it with a nut, then toggle the large cylindrical iron block, pull it back, touch the end of the iron block you welded on, use the shock force, and the half shaft will come out. Pay attention to the welding must be firm!

    Park your car on a flat level.

    Pick up neutral and release the brakes.

    Remove the half-shaft screws.

    Jack up. Hit the half shaft around with a hammer.

    Then aim at the middle of the half shaft, smash it down with medium force, and use the ** force half shaft will generally pop out.

    How to change the oil seal of the automobile crankshaft, there are the following points:

    1. Take a look at the oil drain bolts, whether they are loose, tighten all the screws at the connection between the oil pan and the crankcase, there is an oil seal in the middle, if the screws are loose, the oil is very likely to leak from here. Then tighten the connection between the valve and the cylinder head above, where there is also an oil seal. This should be the solution to the world's brother.

    2. The crankshaft oil seal does not use non-petroleum-based lubricant in the press-fitting process, resulting in the loosening or even falling off of the oil seal after the engine is used for a period of time;

    3. The parallelism of the rear oil seal pressing surface for the installation surface of the rear oil seal seat does not meet the technical requirements of the assembly drawings, which makes the rear oil seal lip unevenly deformed by the force, and the oil seal lip is deformed and even the entire oil seal is distorted after the engine is used for a period of time, resulting in oil seal damage and oil leakage.

    4. The service life of the dust side machine is long, and the natural aging of the oil seal causes cracks at the lip of the oil seal, resulting in oil leakage.

    Hope it helps!

    Automobile crankshaft oil seal is divided into crankshaft front oil seal and crankshaft rear oil seal, if the crankshaft front oil seal is replaced, the engine belt needs to be removed. Crankshaft pulleys. Replace the crankshaft front oil seal.

    If the more wild sail change the engine. Crankshaft rear oil seal, which requires the gearbox to be lifted. Replace the crankshaft rear oil seal.

    When replacing the oil seal. Use a screwdriver to pry the oil seal out, and then find a suitable mold for the new oil seal and gently smash it into it with a hammer. Silly slate the oil seal with grease.

    What do you do when you install it?

    How to replace the half-shaft oil seal The replacement process of the half-shaft oil seal is very simple, first remove the half-shaft assembly, use a screwdriver to buckle the cover of the French cave, and then remove the card inside, and then remove the flange to replace the oil seal: 1. The half-shaft is used to transmit the output torque of the half-shaft gear of the differential to the drive search vertical wheel or wheel trembling side reducer; 2. The oil leakage of the half-shaft oil seal will reduce the amount of lubricating oil in the drive axle, which will affect the normal lubrication, and will aggravate the wear of the parts, resulting in early damage; 3. If the half-shaft oil seal leaks, the lubricating oil will flow into the wheel reducer, causing the oil level of the wheel reducer to rise, flush the oil seal, and flow into the brake drum, causing poor braking and affecting safety. @2019

    Hello, filial piety, you have changed the oil seal skeleton, right, if the flywheel moves the position, you can't install it. If it happens to be a good belt alignment, the small eye on the gear ring inside the oil seal after curving can be aligned with the small column in the lower right corner of the oil seal frame. Installation Method:

    l) To adjust the contact clearance of the breaker, the contact clearance of the breaker should be adjusted first. Because the size of the contact gap of the breaker not only affects the strength of the high-voltage spark, but also affects the ignition time. When the contact gap of the breaker is large, as soon as the cam is in contact, the breaker contact is opened, the ignition time is advanced, and the closing time of the breaker contact is shortened, so that the primary current is reduced, the secondary voltage is reduced, and the spark plug spark is weakened.

    On the contrary, the contact gap of the breaker is small, and the ignition time lags. 2) Place the first cylinder alive.

    2. A brief introduction of the crankshaft: The main rotating parts of the engine, after the connecting rod is installed, can undertake the up and down (reciprocating) movement of the connecting rod into a cyclic (rotating) motion. It is an important part of the engine, and its material is made of carbon structural steel or ductile iron, and there are two important parts:

    Main journals, connecting rod journals, (and others).The main journal is installed on the cylinder block, the connecting rod journal is connected with the connecting rod big head hole, and the connecting rod small head hole is connected with the cylinder piston, which is a typical crank slider mechanism. The lubrication of the crankshaft mainly refers to the shaft with the connecting rod and the big head.

    3. Illustration: More than 90% of the oil leakage problems of GDW765 are due to the rubber sealing ring inside the gearbox being subjected to cold and warm temperatures for a long time.

    Pro, the half-shaft oil seal usually needs to remove the spring when it is installed, and then install the spring back after installation. But if you don't want to remove the spring, you can do it as follows:1

    Clean the new half-shaft oil seal in detergent or gasoline to ensure that the surface of the oil seal in contact with the half-shaft is smooth and defect-free. 2.Lightly coat the half shaft with some lubrication to make it easier to slide into the half shaft oil seal.

    3.Gently push the half-shaft oil seal into the half-shaft hole along the axial direction of the half-shaft, taking care not to use excessive force to avoid damaging the oil seal. 4.

    Make sure that the position of the half-shaft oil seal is correct, and use the appropriate tools to install it in place. 5.If you wish to insert the spring into the half-shaft oil seal after installation, you can use a slender tool, such as a small screwdriver or a thin wooden stick, to compress the spring little by little and gently push it into the half-shaft oil seal.

    However, it should be noted that this method may be more difficult, the operation difficulty is greater, and the assembly effect may not be as good as when the spring is removed for assembly. Therefore, it is advisable to use this method in extreme cases.
