The pressure of the profession of designer is definitely much higher than that of other ordinary industries, and people who have not been engaged in the design industry are absolutely unable to understand, imagine, and are absolutely not qualified to make irresponsible remarks! The pressure of the designer is divided into two parts, the first is physical, the second is mental, and the most terrifying is the mental pressure and torture, which all come from Party A's stupidity and ignorance!

Young people who have just engaged in the profession of designers have dreams and ideals, hoping to be a design master who can turn decay into magic, but basically after a few years, they will abandon their illusions and return to reality, we are not designers, we are just doing sow postpartum care! Because of the endless revisions, and a designer may have several projects at the same time, it leads to a very serious overtime situation, physical overdraft and mental torture, those who can survive will become art directors, creative directors, and those who can't survive can only change careers, which is the most thankless profession!

Designers who are the output of inspiration not only need to have a good color match, but also have to fit the theme and attract the target audience, which is already quite a challenge. And to be a competent designer, you must have excellent understanding and inspiration to use colors to meet the needs of different customers. Therefore, designers have high requirements for computers, half of which are requirements for the screen, and the screen used, regardless of color accuracy, color coverage and brightness, etc., must have very high requirements.

You are a graphic designer, and when a friend was having dinner, a new friend said, "My new house is going to be renovated, so you can do my drawings." At this time, whether to give money or not is secondary, why didn't you ask me, will you do it? Over the years, I have learned a little bit of interior design, but it is all three minutes of interest, just thinking about designing my own nest in the future, I don't have the confidence to do new house design for others!

It's off track, if it's you, how to do it at this dinner, I explain that the design is professional, I won't do this, maybe it's too direct, a little embarrassing on the spot, or rely on friends to play a round on the side.

In business exchanges, designers are the most distressing, when they meet customers who are not familiar with the industry, not only bring a variety of whimsical design needs, but also a series of words that make designers look black. For example, "design a colorful black", "want an eye-catching effect", etc., and even those who have a "street passerby" level budget and ask for a "national dancer performance" demand.

The biggest pain for a designer is the endless revision of the draft! The most terrifying thing is that Party A himself doesn't know what he wants! It's like looking for a needle in a haystack and never seeing the dawn of hope, which seems painless on the surface, but in fact it is the most maddening place!

When you have a group of "gods" behind you who point out the country, the manuscript has been changed n times, but you are still not satisfied, and finally it is not surprising that you will change it back to the right "These five editions are not good, or use the first edition" It can really be said that Party A frowned, and Party B was distressed. As soon as Party B works overtime, Party A can't stand "change again, change again, it's the tenth edition".

The interior design industry is still in its infancy, and I think it has to do with the years. The interior design industry has just emerged, probably only twenty or thirty years, right? And most of the interior designers in our country are in their thirties, right?

Therefore, in my layman's opinion, as far as the interior design industry is concerned, its prospects are still quite good, and if any young industry wants to move forward, opportunities and challenges are equally important.

As a practitioner in this industry, you must also go through some hardships first, as for not seeing the rainbow, you can only look at the creation of the individual. Interior designers struggling in this environment, if they are not tired and busy, I am really convinced. How can life be easy?

Second, the interior design industry is full of talents.

Secondly, there is talent. Interior designer, although this profession sounds very lofty, but behind this title are drawings and resolutions. Behind any glory, there is an unknown sadness.

The interior design industry has never lacked diligent people, but spiritual and gifted people. And since how many of them can become interior designers, how many of them are straw bales? Can you not be tired, busy, or confused in such a professional circle?

Third, the early salary is low.

Finally, compensation. We don't talk about interior designers abroad, we only talk about the situation at home. The starting salary of interior designers in our country is relatively low, but if you can get through it, you will really be able to see the moon!

I think the interior designers around us are just starting out in the industry, right? So they look tired and confused.

Fourth, you cannot make decisions on your own.

Interior designer is a profession that needs to communicate with customers, as long as the customers are not satisfied, the designers have to change all the time, if it were me, I would also feel, very tired, very busy, very confused. Finally, I hope that every interior designer can usher in the spring of their career.

I am a soft decoration designer, if I want to say how tiring it is to be a designer, it is probably that when the project is busy, I can work overtime for a month, look at my taxi record, three to four days a week is between 11 and 12 o'clock in the evening, sometimes even more than one o'clock in the evening, even if I work late, I will not be late in the morning, because the project is in a hurry. In addition to making plans, it is also necessary to procure, visit the site, and follow up the progress of the project, because a designer has more than one project in his hands. Sometimes I was so busy that I had physical problems, and I had my period twice a month.

This November, I only had two days off.

Why can I stick to this industry, when I see that my project is landed, the scene is completed, and the customer is satisfied, I feel that everything is worth it. There is also a commission for each project, which is necessary for life.

It's really nice to see the project come to fruition.

    <> tired and happy.

    For the sake of life.

It's really tiring to do design work, especially when you don't have inspiration, you need to look for a lot of works to get inspiration from them, but inspiration is not something that can be done by looking at other people's works, the difficult thing is to design works again and again, and you don't know how many times you have failed. My insistence is simply to enjoy the joy of design.

When I saw this question, I thought about it unconsciously. As an architectural design practitioner who has been working for 5 years, I don't feel tired.

Judging from the large design institutes where I have worked before, the main reason for overtime is not the huge workload, but the urgency of Party A. But being in a hurry doesn't mean that you have to hand it in today's work tomorrow, and the most difficult job I have encountered is at least given a buffer period of 3-5 days, which will not cause more than 3 days of overnight overtime.

So I think the main reason for overtime in the design industry is that the team leader does not control and plan the project well, or the team members are not fully engaged in the work. In my experience, even the most difficult projects can be completed on time, with quality and quantity, and enough time to make corrections. Since the first point is the leader's thing, if you are annoyed that the work progress is always not pushed, then it means that your leader is a stupid x, and there is no other reason.

The second is that I am not invested in my own work. It is very important to develop a good time plan, when you are assigned a task, you must be very clear about the workload and time node, if it is ambiguous, you will not be able to enter the work state well. I think that 8-10 hours of work a day, with 5 hours of more than 90% energy, can cope with a considerable workload.

Some people are absent-minded, and they can do it in 5 hours, but they have to wait until the end of the day and drag it for a few hours to show how much they like their work. For this kind of person, I would like to say that you don't say that you are bitter to scare new people who have just entered the industry. For newcomers with this state, I advise you to stay away from this industry, it is not for you.

How to regulate yourself? In my opinion, no matter how tired the company is, it should not work overtime more than 2 a.m. for more than 1 day per week, and overtime for more than 10 p.m. for more than 2 days (the above does not add up). Strictly control your own working hours, no more than 50 hours per week.

This is my limit, if it is exceeded, it either means that you are stupid x or you boss is stupid x.

Also, I think mindset is very important. Doing what you love is always the most efficient. And do what you don't like, on the contrary.

How to view the profession of designer, the subject can ask such a question, indicating that he already belongs to a group of people who do not regard designers as a lifelong profession and are willing to pay as much as possible for them. I recommend finding your position within 3-5 years of work, confirming whether you are suitable to be a designer, and if not, please change careers as soon as possible. It's hard for me to speak, but it's true, don't let your heart get too tired.

Finally, I would like to emphasize that the draughtsman ≠ the designer, and don't put all the draughtsman's work on the designer's face.

Hello, I'm the designer you're working with. ”

Oooh, are you the artist I'm looking for? ”

You're the artist, and your whole family is the artist! ”

In fact, it is very tiring to do design now, because the requirements of customers are very high, and it is necessary to innovate on the basis of the existing one, and it is becoming more and more difficult now. Doing design is mainly exhausting and brain-tired, and then you need to work overtime constantly. Often a word from the customer, you have to overturn the whole design and start over.

I have always insisted on this major because I like it and have learned it since I was a child.

Design work is really tiring, I think it is also a high-risk work, there are many news reports that do design overnight for a few days and nights of sudden death, no less than doing IT, I myself am engaged in design, there are many friends who do design and do IT, sometimes the most asked question is why you didn't work overtime today, in order to catch up with the plan day and night overtime is a common thing.

From the slogans of these design companies, we can see the sadness of the design workers, no way, the customer is God, God said to let you hand over the drawing, if you don't pay, you can only take your life away. Looking at such a desperate job, why are so many people still doing it, my personal opinion is one or two.

One. The design industry has a low barrier to entry.

This line does not require you to have a high degree of education, go to the training class to learn a year and a half to participate in the work, start with the assistant, do a good job one day you can become a regular, as long as you can help the company make money, I personally think that the current design company is like a factory, are working on the assembly line, the construction drawings are applied to the company's common modules, each person is responsible for their own piece, and finally packaged out the drawings.

    Two. It looks wonderful.

The word designer sounds very good, in the eyes of the layman, it seems to be a white-collar worker, a professional with artistic accomplishment and taste, with a high salary, living a quality and exemplary life, in fact, is this really the case?

Three. Someone from all walks of life has to do it.

The Chinese population base is too large, there are many people engaged in each industry, in order to eat, everyone is vying for a bite, and the design industry is even more obvious in the metropolis.

Four. The quality of life of the people has improved.

China has experienced the transition from not having enough to eat enough to be full, and to eat well, and now it is well-off, people have money, they must improve themselves, improve their living environment, and pursue better taste and quality space, which is how the design industry is thriving, a piece of such a big cake, so attractive, is it moldy?

In fact, all walks of life have their own tiredness and suffering, and if you want to take out money from others to yourself, think about how simple it is, you say!

We all know that some jobs may often face the need to work overtime in the future, such as some programmers and the like, so many of our students may be very concerned about their future situation before choosing a career, after all, the body is the capital of the revolution, UI designer is an industry that many people yearn for, but the work of UI designers is tiring. The job of a UI designer is actually quite hard. From the (real-world common) development process, PM, Planner, and UI start working early in the development of the project, but RD does not join until the project has reached a certain point.

After joining, I will think that A can't do it, and B can't do it. Normal people who like to listen to their own ideas, this is not good, that is not good, of course, it causes incomprehension and antagonism. Even if both parties take a step back and revise the content, they insist on developing the product due to various reasons such as the schedule, the approval of the supervisor, and the direction has been decidedThe appearance of crooked four dissimilarities is completely expected.

But where does growth come without hard work? And now UI designers have a high salary, considerable development prospects, is a very developing career trend, want their own future is better, learn this technology, not only can work stably, but also start their own business, if you feel tired to give up, then it is estimated that there is nothing suitable for you to do the work, now there is no job that can be easy and profitable, all of them have to work hard, just like working in a first-tier city, although the pace of life is fast, the pressure is high, but the salary is high, The pace of life in a small city is slow, the pressure is low, and the salary is also very meager, so an effort will have a harvest, and if you want a better life, then you have to endure hardships to win what you want.
