    If there is residual air containing moisture in the refrigeration cycle, it will lead to an increase in operating current, an increase in condensing pressure, a decrease in refrigeration efficiency, or blockage (ice blockage) and corrosion, and cause faults such as compressor cylinder brushing and copper plating, so it is very important to remove the air in the pipe. So how do you remove the air from the air conditioning pipe? Here are three tricks for you!

    1. Use a vacuum pump to exhaust air.

    First, unscrew the valve fluorine filling nozzle nut and connect it with a vacuuming hose; Then rotate the "LO" knob in the counterclockwise direction to turn it on, and then close the switch of the vacuum pump to evacuate; Then, after stopping the vacuum, the nut of the back cover of the valve should be unscrewed, and the valve core should be unscrewed in the counterclockwise direction with an Allen wrench, and the channel of the refrigeration system was opened at this time; Finally, remove the connecting hose from the valve and tighten the connecting nut of the valve with the back nut.

    2. Add freon exhaust air.

    First, use an independent refrigerant tank, connect the refrigerant tank filling hose with the fluorine filling nozzle of the low-pressure valve, and slightly loosen the pipe nut on the high-pressure valve of the outdoor unit; Then loosen the valve of the refrigerant tank, fill the refrigerant for 2-3 seconds, and then close it; When the refrigerant flows out of the high-pressure valve pipe nut for 10-15 seconds, tighten the pipe nut; Then remove the charging hose from the fluorine filling nozzle, push the fluorine filling valve core thimble with an Allen wrench, and the refrigerant is released; Finally, when the noise can no longer be heard, relax the thimble, tighten the fluorine nut, and open the high-pressure valve core of the outdoor unit.

    3. Use the refrigerant of the air conditioner itself to exhaust the air.

    Unscrew the back cover nut and fluorine nozzle nut of the high and low pressure valve, open the high and low pressure valve core (screw 1 4-1 2 turns), wait for about 10 seconds and then close; At the same time, from the low pressure valve fluorine filling nozzle nut, use an Allen wrench to jack the fluorine filling needle upward, and air is discharged; Stop emptying when you feel a cool air coming out. The amount of fluoride discharged should be less than 20g.

    Before encapsulating the refrigerant, the vacuum level in the refrigeration system should be controlled to less than 1 bar. Residual air in the refrigeration system accelerates the oxidation of the refrigerant and refrigeration oil, resulting in reduced performance and material deterioration. There are two things to keep in mind when vacuuming:

    1) Please vacuum from both sides of the high and low pressure side;

    2) Do not run the compressor in a vacuum.

    It is possible that within 1 to 3 minutes, the oil in the casing will be discharged, resulting in a dangerous limit of oil level.

    With the injected refrigerant, the air can be "squeezed" out.

    This can be done with a vacuum extraction machine to extract air from the air conditioning lines.

    He has an air exhaust valve, which you put in when you add it, and then add it when you screw it.
