Wipe the laser head with a dry cotton swab.

Press the eject button of the optical drive to turn it on. Gently wipe the lens of the laser head with a cotton ball or cotton swab. Even if you don't use it for a long time, due to the dust accumulation inside the notebook, a lot of dust will accumulate on the optical drive lens, and if you scratch your finger on the optical drive tray, your fingertips will be covered with dust.

If it still doesn't get better, first adjust it to the initial position counterclockwise, and then adjust it 5-10 degrees counterclockwise to see if it improves.
