The answer to this question is actually in the Heart Sutra, "Contemplating the Bodhisattva of Freedom, when he walks deep and like a dense man, he sees that the five aggregates are empty", the "view" of contemplating the self and the "illumination" of seeing does not mean that the five aggregates do not exist, but just observing and thoroughly observing the essence of the five aggregates, and the mind is naturally also the five aggregates, but the main body of contemplation and illumination is not to make the five aggregates not arise and the mind not to arise, but not to climb and grasp, and everything will naturally be broken.
