Terms of Service (These Terms are limited to the People's Republic of China, except Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).

1. Fujifilm products can be repaired free of charge in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) within one year from the date of sale of the products.

2. When the user delivers the camera, he or she must hold the completed warranty card "User Copy" and a valid sales voucher filled in by the dealer. If you don't have both, you will need to pay for the repair.

3. Damage caused by improper use, accidental damage or other repairs, or arbitrary alteration of the warranty card are not covered by the warranty.

4. Accessories accompanying the product (except for the original rechargeable battery and the original memory card) are not included in the warranty scope.

5. If the camera is found to be seriously watered or sanded, the company has the right not to provide warranty service (whether it is within the warranty period or not), and will charge inspection and maintenance fees.

6. The warranty card only includes the warranty services related to this product. Fujifilm shall not be liable for any claims not listed on the warranty card.

8. The warranty card shall be properly kept by the customer, and will not be reissued if lost.

9. The warranty card must be stamped with the seal of Fujifilm (China) Investment**** and the distributor before it takes effect.

10. After the repair of the camera, the company will notify the user that the future generation will keep it for 3 months, and the company will dispose of it by itself if it is not collected after the expiration date.

Licensed parallel goods? 1. The outer packaging of the camera, the warranty card (triple, stamped is "Fujifilm (China) Investment****"), and the body number at the bottom of the camera should be the same.

2. There is a yellow oval anti-counterfeiting label on the top of the outer packaging of the camera (scratch it to check whether it is **, parallel goods do not have this label).

3. The initial language of the camera is "Chinese Simplified".

With the above 3 points, you can determine whether it is a licensed product.

If it is not man-made damage, it will be sent to a regular maintenance point for warranty.

If it is parallel or man-made damage, it will definitely be charged, and it is not expensive, because 5800 miles is a circuit board except for the problem of the lens, and other problems are located on that board, if you change it, it is at least enough for you to buy half a machine. If it can be repaired, it will be cheaper.
