The Zhangjiawa iron ore mine has been completely deserted, mining activities have stopped, and now it is a wilderness. There is no iron ore available now.

The main product is iron concentrate, and the comprehensive ** product is copper concentrate. Scale Zhangjiawa Mining Company is designed to produce 4 million tons of iron ore per year.

Sijiaying Iron Mine can be divided into Sijiaying North Mining Area, Sijiaying South Mining Area and Dajiazhuang Mining Area, of which only part of Sijiaying North Mining Area is exposed on the surface. Legend has it that iron ore was mined in ancient times.

In 1914, the Swede Andersen and the Englishman Dingland did an iron ore outcrop survey and calculated the reserves of 100 million tons.

In 1941, the Japanese Rokuro Tajima carried out an exploration (1 borehole), and Chiaki Onishi conducted a geomagnetic survey.

In 1955, the survey and exploration of the Shiwangbao iron ore began to be carried out, and by 1958, the reserves of 100 million tons were obtained.

In 1956, the geophysical exploration team of the Metallurgical Bureau carried out a 1:50,000 geomagnetic survey in the area of Sijiaying, delineated the full length of the magnetic anomaly in the Sijiaying ore belt, and carried out preliminary exploration, which confirmed that it was a large Anshan-style magnetite deposit (iron ore reserves have exceeded 100 million tons).

In 1959, 1:100,000 aeromagnetic surveys were carried out, and aeromagnetic anomalies were found, numbered m 141, with an aeromagnetic anomaly intensity of 6000nt and a range of 14 6km2

In 1973, the aeromagnetic anomaly was verified, the regional geomagnetic survey was re-carried out (1:5000 in the Sijiaying area, 1:10,000 in the Dajiazhuang area), the full length of the magnetic anomaly in the Sijiaying ore belt was delineated, and the quantitative interpretation and drilling verification of the mausoleum cavity were carried out, and by the end of 1976, the iron ore reserves in the Dajiazhuang mining area had exceeded 100 million tons.

By 1981, the reserves of iron ore in Sijiaying had exceeded 1 billion tons (Yao Peihui, 1993).

In April 2008, the implementation plan of Luanxian Sijiaying Circular Economy Park was approved by the province to become the first batch of circular economy pilot units in the province. On the morning of April 7, the signing ceremony of the cooperative development agreement of Luanxian Sijiaying Circular Economy Park was held in the conference center of Luanzhou Hotel. The Sijiaying Circular Economy Park project is planned to be invested by Tangsteel Group Corporation with an investment of 100 million yuan, and strive to build a world-advanced and domestic first-class benchmark steel complex in accordance with the principle of the shortest chain, the longest industrial chain and the best value chain.

After the completion of the project, it will become the largest high-quality profile production base in North China and the largest county-based support project in Luanxian County.

On June 30, 2008, Hebei Iron and Steel Group was officially established, and Sijiaying Iron Mine was subordinate to Hebei Iron and Steel Group Mining Company.

Sijiaying Iron Ore is located 10km south of Luan County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, which is part of the eastern Hebei vein, and the iron ore in the mining area is produced in the pre-Sinian metagranulite, which is an Anshan-style sedimentary metamorphic iron deposit. The ore body in the mining area is 10 kilometers long from north to south and 2 kilometers from east to west, and is divided into two areas, north and south, with the south area 6 km long and the north area 4km long. The total reserves of ore resources are 100 million tons, including 100 million tons of oxide ore and 100 million tons of magnetite, which is one of the three major iron ore areas in China and currently ranks second in Asia.

The mining area is 9km away from Luanxian Station of Jingshan Railway in the north, 4km away from Lingjiaoshan Station of Tuo (Zitou) Port (Jingtang Port) Railway in the west, and 55km away from Tangshan Iron and Steel Group.

The construction of Sijiaying Iron Mine is divided into two phases: one branch has reserves of 100 million tons, an annual output of 7 million tons of raw ore, with a grade of 30%, equivalent to 2.5 million tons of iron concentrate, which will be put into production in 2007 and estimated to reach production in 2008; At the same time, in November 2007, the Development Planning Department of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. organized domestic mining experts to review the preliminary design of open-pit mining of the second phase of Sijiaying Iron Mine in Luanxian County, Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and determined that the proven reserves of Sijiaying Iron Ore Phase II were 100 million tons, with a designed annual mining capacity of 8 million tons and a service period of 40 years, which was planned to start construction in 2008, put into operation in 2009 and reach production in 2012. If the general ore production cost is 300 yuan tons, and the current ore ** 1300 yuan tons, the investment income of the project is very considerable.

It is reported that the state will build Sijiaying Iron Mine into a circular economy park supporting Jackie Chan.
