Where a crime is constituted, the public security organs, procuratorates, and courts are to handle it in accordance with law, and where a crime is not constituted, it is to be handled by the relevant administrative law enforcement departments, religious associations, and monasteries. You can ask the relevant departments and associations.

If you violate the law, you should be dealt with by the public security organs and courts. After the processing is completed, you can inquire according to the relevant departments.

Everyone is equal before the law, and there is also legal treatment.

Depending on the degree of severity, the following organizations will deal with the mistakes made by the monks:

1. Where national laws or regulations are violated and a violation or crime is constituted, it shall be handed over to the public, procuratorate, or judicial authorities for handling;

2. Where serious violations of the precepts should be removed (withdrawn from the precepts and expelled from the temple), the standing council meeting of the local Buddhist association shall decide and report to the higher-level association that issued the precepts for future reference;

3. If the vows are broken but not removed, they shall be dealt with within the monastery where they are located, and if the person who breaks the vows is the management of the monastery, the association shall come forward to assist in handling it;

Fourth, the monk who violates the precepts and breaks the precepts shall be dealt with by the monastery in accordance with the law (generally only have the right to expel the order, that is, cancel the pending order and never take it in).

Under normal circumstances, the civil sect administration department is not allowed to intervene in the handling of the monastic precepts, but can only intervene in the handling of disputes over rights and interests such as land and property and the handling of conflicts between workers and peasants.
