The first psychological experiment in history tried to prove whether people are born to speak.
One day more than 2,000 years ago, in ancient Egypt, two newborn babies were lifted from their mother's arms and raised by shepherds on the sparsely populated frontier. During the upbringing, the shepherd does not say a word to the baby, nor does he let anyone else speak to the baby, in short, he does not let the baby hear a word of human language.
This was an "experiment" done by the Egyptian king Samtik at that time. In the second half of the 7th century B.C., Samtik became king of Egypt, expelling the Assyrians from the country, flourishing Egyptian art and architecture, and establishing Egypt as the most powerful empire in the world at the time.
From an early age, Samtik had two great ambitions: first, to become the king of Egypt; Second, it proves that the Egyptian nation is the oldest nation in the world.

The earliest recorded psychological experiment is supposed to be in 1840, when the German psychologist Weber discovered the law of differential sensory thresholds, known as Weber's law.
In 1879, the German psychologist Wundt created the world's first laboratory for the study of psychological phenomena at the University of Leipzig, which marked the birth of scientific psychology.

Wundt's establishment of a laboratory at the University of Leipzig in 1879 marked the birth of scientific psychology, but it was not the first psychological experiment, for sure. Psychology was originally attached to philosophy and was biased towards speculation, but later physiology and physics had studies on animals, and gradually applied the results of animal research to human beings, so it is really difficult to say that the world's earliest psychological experiments were really hard to say.

China's I Ching is the focus of the first psychological research, and its experimenters began to experiment before and after the appearance of the second book, and the knowledge did not appear as famous psychology masters.
Don't be fooled by some foreign experts.
Psychology is not learned, it is hidden in all social sciences, like philosophy, and belongs to the foundation of all learning. If I had to find a first experimenter, I would rather choose the Chinese than definitely not Wundt, and it could not be Wundt.
Li Jingmin of the Shifo Legal Service Office in Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City, wishes you happiness and health.

I don't agree with the point of view upstairs, I think what you want to say about the problem of social comparison, there are similar experiments in social psychology, which is similar to the concept of the social self, and we start social comparison as soon as we are born. When you were just born, it is estimated that your family may say, look at my child, white and fat, compared to who's family, how and how, hehe, this is normal. However, if we lose a fixed object of comparison, we will also unconsciously compare social norms. >>>More
