When we stand on the ground on a daily basis, the joints of the body support the weight of the body evenly. Mr. Hao Yueru used the names of the two movements, crotch wrapping and hanging crotch, to describe how to loosen the hips and expand the knees. In addition to helping loosen the crotch, the crotch wrap also has another function. We can only fill the upper part of the back with our spirit, and we cannot complete it below the door.
When making a crotch wrap, we will send the left and right bones inward like a chest, and the lower part of the back will be full. Because the left and right pellets are opened, the muscles that normally tighten the spine will be released. The crotch is the intention to flow the weight of the body from the shoulders to the back, into the spine, and towards the tail.
As the muscles that are pressing down on the spine have been released, the weight pushes the tail leg down, then over the inner thighs, the knees left and right, and finally to the balls of the feet. Another thing to pay attention to when making a hanging crotch is to spread the top of the inner thigh to the left and right, like an inverted U-shape. This will increase the expansion of the pellet, making it easier for the tail to flow downward.

Crotch wrapping means that the two hips are stretched back and semicircularly on both sides, and the roots of the thighs are rotated inward, remember! Remember! Some people often have a "crotch" (the so-called "pointed crotch") when they practice, that is, the knees and the two hips form a triangle, and the two hips do not have a horizontal brace.
The correct one should be the inner rotation of the two thighs, the two strands are open, the two hips are cross-propped, and the two knees and the crotch form an arc, that is, the round crotch.
