First, the class teacher should have a sense of responsibility.

Secondary vocational education is a conscientious work, no one will use various ways to assess from time to time, whether to get by or to work hard and carefully engage in education, is the different goal chosen by different people. I think a promising person must have a strong sense of responsibility.

Teachers with a sense of educational responsibility are first and foremost responsible for themselves, and the most important action is to cherish their precious youth. A responsible teacher is more responsible for students, and being responsible for students is to "learn from high as a teacher, be a role model", don't think that what I teach is poor students, they don't understand anything, they can be casual. I should continue to learn and develop as soon as possible, so that I can become a mature teacher with professional skills.

The class teacher's sense of responsibility is reflected in many ways, it requires the class teacher to understand every student in the class comprehensively, and with such a sense of responsibility, it is an important step to create an excellent class group.

Second, the class teacher should be caring.

On the basis of having a sense of responsibility, the class teacher also needs to have love, and with love, the work efficiency can be improved. A class collective, there are good, medium and poor students. If the class teacher only values the good students and despises the "poor" students, then the class work will definitely not be done well.

I remember when I was the head teacher of the electromechanical class, there was a child named Li Dong, because his parents were divorced, so that he lacked maternal love since he was a child, he usually likes to fight, even if he is a little injured, he never shouts pain, this may be life has taught him to be "strong"! As a class teacher, I put the safety of my students as my top priority, and almost every night I have to think about what tricks I should use to "deal with" him tomorrow.
