c) The technical person in charge has a senior technical title, has more than 7 years of experience in the technical management of fireworks operations, and has presided over no less than 5 design operations of large-scale fireworks display activities at or above the level, or no less than 10 design operations of large-scale fireworks display activities at or above the level;

d) There shall be no less than 9 fireworks technicians (including no less than 2 senior technical titles and no less than 4 intermediate technical titles), no less than 20 fireworks operators, no less than 2 safety officers, and no less than 2 custodians;

e) There are computer program-controlled discharge equipment.

Class C large-scale fireworks display operation units shall meet the following conditions: a) registered capital of more than 500,000 yuan, net assets of not less than 500,000 yuan, of which the net value of fireworks operation equipment and testing and measuring equipment shall not be less than 250,000 yuan;

b) The technical person in charge has an intermediate or above technical title, has more than 5 years of experience in the technical management of fireworks operations, and has presided over no less than 5 design operations of large-scale fireworks display activities at or above the level;

c) There are no less than 6 fireworks technicians (including no less than 2 intermediate technical titles and no less than 2 junior technical titles), no less than 10 fireworks operators, no less than 2 safety officers and no less than 2 custodians;

d) There is electronically controlled discharge equipment.
