Based on your description, if your phone doesn't recognize the memory card, we recommend you:

1.Wipe the memory card contacts and put them back into your phone.

2.Turn off your phone and restart it.

3.Put the memory card into another phone and see if it can be used normally (check if the SD card is damaged).

4.Back up the data in the memory card, format the memory card and use it again.

5.Replace with a different memory card.

6.If a firmware update is available, update your phone to the latest version. Operation: Settings - About Device - System Update - Update.

7.Back up important data (contacts, **, notes, etc.) in your phone and factory reset your phone (Settings - Reset - Factory Reset).

If the problem persists, it is recommended that you bring the purchase invoice, warranty card and mobile phone to the local Samsung after-sales service center, and a professional engineer will help you test it.

It is recommended that you apply for "appointment to store" on Samsung's official website to enjoy priority repair services
