4. Put a bag of yeast for brewing into the tea.
5. Seal the large glass bottle with an air plug and let it sit in a warm place for 45 to 60 days.
After days, check that the liquid in the large glass bottle is still fermenting. If the wine continues to ferment, you will notice that the air locks are still bubbling after the air locks are removed. If so, let it continue to ferment until fermentation stops.
7. Using the plastic tube prepared in advance, extract the wine from the large glass bottle and put it into a clean empty bottle. Then, close the cap and place it in a cool, dry place.
