If the mold holder is already in the lower limit position, check the lower limit of the mold holder to close the indicator of the switch, and then check the port monitor on the touchscreen to see if the lower limit is displayed.

2 When the touch screen shows that the indenter has not reached the upper limit or the proximity switch is damaged and the jump cannot be performed, it may be due to the following reasons.
Cause of failure: the proximity switch of the indenter is in place or the induction iron is not inducted, the proximity switch of the indenter limit is damaged, the circuit of the proximity switch is damaged or loose, and the input PLC has been damaged.
Exclusion method: If the indenter is not raised to this position, the indenter is raised to the upper limit. If the indenter of the cement brick formwork is at or above the upper limit, please check the upper limit of the indenter.
Check the port monitoring on the touchscreen to see if the upper limit of the indenter is displayed in working condition, and then check every possible situation to eliminate the fault.
The reason for the position deviation of the feeder of the cement brick processing equipment is greater or smaller.
