Registered Liangna Urban and Rural Planner, formerly known as Registered Urban Planner, refers to the professional and technical personnel who have passed the national unified examination, obtained the professional qualification certificate of registered urban and rural planner, and engaged in urban and rural planning business after registration.
Literally, urban planning is about planning cities; Urban and rural planning is the planning of cities and villages. But the true connotation of this profession is far from so simple.
If you were asked to plan a city, where would you start? What are the issues to consider? Urban layout, land use, architectural style, transportation planning, management mode, ......All of this is within the scope of the planner's consideration.
Urban and rural planning is divided into several steps, such as overall planning, zoning planning, regulatory detailed planning, and construction detailed planning, from macro to micro.
overall planning such as land use, spatial layout, and development form; Detailed planning, such as building density, height, and floor area ratio, can be said to be the scope of urban planning, ranging from the size of a city to a piece of green space.
