    Clean up disk fragmentation.

    1.Disk Cleanup.

When running a complex operating system like Windows on your computer, you may not always understand the importance of all the files in your computer. Sometimes, Windows uses files that are used for a specific purpose and then keeps those files in the folders assigned to temporary files. Or, you may have installed a Windows component that you no longer use.

For a number of reasons, including running out of hard drive space, you may need to reduce the number of files on your disk or create more free disk space without harming any program.

Use the Disk Cleanup Wizard for Windows to perform all of the following tasks to clear space on your hard disk

    Delete temporary internet files.

    Clear the ** station.

    Delete Windows temporary files.

Delete Windows components that are no longer in use.

Delete installed programs that are no longer in use.

Note To start the Disk Cleanup program, click Start, click Run, and then type cleanmgr.

    2.Disk Defragmenter.

Disk Defragmenter OverviewDisk Defragmenter analyzes local volumes and merges fragmented files and folders so that each file or folder can occupy a separate and contiguous amount of disk space on the volume. This way, the system can access files and folders more efficiently, as well as save new files and folders more efficiently. By merging files and folders, Disk Defragmenter will also merge the available space on the volume to reduce the likelihood of new files being fragmented.

The process of merging files and folder fragments is called defragmentation.

The time it takes to defragment depends on several factors, including the size of the volume, the number and size of files in the volume, the number of fragments, and available local system resources. Analyze the volume first to find all the fragmented files and folders before defragmenting them. You can then observe how fragmentation is generated on the volume and decide whether you would benefit from defragmentation of the volume.

For step-by-step instructions on how to analyze or defragment a volume, see Analyzing and Defragmenting a Volume.

Disk Defragmenter can defragment file system volumes formatted with the File Allocation Table (FAT), FAT32, and NTFS file systems.

If this option is checked, the Disk Cleanup tool will automatically delete the dormant file, which needs to create a file named " in the root directory of the system disk and the size of the same as the physical memory, so if you have a lot of physical memory, then deleting this file can free up a lot of disk space. However, it is important to note that if you do need the hibernation function (or use the sleep function), then you can't select this option, because Windows Vista will automatically disable the hibernation function once you delete the file. If you accidentally delete the file but also need to use the hibernation function, launch a Command Prompt window in administrator mode (right-click on the shortcut to run the Command Prompt window, select Run as Administrator), and then run the powercfg h on" command. >>>More

Dry quenching. Technical Principle:

Dry quenching is an energy-saving technology widely used in foreign countries, and its English name is Coke Dry Quenching, referred to as CDQ. CDQ technology uses cold inert gas (exhaust gas after combustion) to exchange heat with red hot red coke in a dry quenching furnace to cool red coke. The inert gas that absorbs the heat of red coke transfers the heat to the CDQ boiler to produce steam, and the cooled inert gas is then blown into the CDQ furnace by the circulating fan to cool the red coke. >>>More
