Another important consideration in career planning is resources. Why do many large companies have to graduate from prestigious schools when recruiting fresh graduates, because even if your personal ability is not very strong, but your circle of classmates is there, and after five or ten years, maybe a classmate can help you a lot. Of course, this is the simplest logic.

You have just entered an industry, if you don't know anyone, and you don't have any industry experience, rely on you to slowly explore, find information, ask colleagues, rely on superiors, even if you have a strong learning ability, you also need to accumulate slowly, many things that are considered common sense in the industry, you may need to hit a wall to know. This is the beginning of a complete lack of resources.

For example, if you are just about to change industries to become a headhunter, and many of your classmates and friends are in the HR departments of various companies, even if you can't cooperate in the early stage, you can quickly learn how other headhunters do their business by communicating with them. A lot of things that you would otherwise need to spend time looking for information to learn, maybe you can understand the root of the matter with one **. And these resources can also help you with your future promotion.
