4) The computer room should always be kept neat, clean and orderly. The ground is clean, the equipment is dust-free, the arrangement is regular, the wiring is neat, the instrument is accurate, the tools are in place, the information is complete, and everything is orderly.

5) The lighting in the computer room should be able to meet the maintenance and repair requirements of the equipment, and emergency lighting equipment should be prepared.

2. Communication room management.
