This is because there are many kinds of diisocyanate compounds, and there are two main types of diisocyanates for the preparation of polyurethanes, one is toluene diisocyanate (TDI), and the other is diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). However, TDI is the most toxic of diisocyanate compounds, with high volatility, while MDI is more stable than TDI, less volatile cracking, and has lower toxicity and less harm in respiratory inhalation and absorption, so MDI is more suitable for use as a raw material for the preparation of polyurethane.

However, MDI is more difficult to prepare than TDI and more expensive, so some contractors use TDI to prepare plastic runways in order to save costs, which increases the possibility of toxic plastic runways.

1. Avoid open flames and isolate heat sources.

2. Avoid long-term load.

3. Rinse frequently with water to keep the plastic runway clean.

4. Avoid severe mechanical impact and friction on the plastic runway.

5. The breathable spraying particle surface plastic runway should be reasonably used according to its adaptation range, and should not be used in unreasonable use occasions.

6. Avoid cutting and puncture, and change into standard running shoes or other shoes that are not easy to cause damage to the plastic runway before entering the plastic runway.

1) Suitable for ordinary sports shoes, training shoes, rubber canvas shoes or soft rubber shoes (not suitable for professional sports spikes).

The seasonal maintenance of the plastic runway should be carried out twice a year, it is recommended not to wash the entire site with a hose, but to wash with high-pressure water, that is, to wash thoroughly with a mop with a high-pressure device, it is strictly forbidden to use chemicals on the plastic runway, and when necessary, the lines and signs should be updated, and when the snow is removed, be sure to sweep with a broom.

The service life of a plastic runway is determined by its quality, use and maintenance level. Proper and regular maintenance can greatly extend the life of standard plastic runways.

Budget first:

First of all, the construction of the plastic runway must have a cement or asphalt foundation, the general cement or asphalt foundation thickness must be more than 10cm, we have to budget out this part of the cost, and at the same time we have to budget out the cost of finishing the foundation;

7. After the base layer is paved and hardened, release water to find the water accumulation point, and level the water accumulation place according to the above process, until there is no water accumulation in the bottom glue. After the primer is completely hardened, the surface is polished with a grinding machine to meet the requirements of smoothness, and then the surface is non-slip sprayed.

8. According to the drawings and design requirements, mark various line positions in the site; Occasionally, there are runway particles of various pigments.

Treatment of special places in the base locality:

Where cracks appear in the local foundation should be treated before the foundation is sealed, the method is to clean and shovel the asphalt block that is loose in the foundation, and clean up the garbage in the joint, and then fill it with mortar.

How to repair the broken plastic runway.

1.Cleaning: mark the damaged parts, use a wallpaper knife to cut evenly along the outer edge of the marking, dig an approximately circular pit, cut out a 5mm wide slope along the outer edge, and then clean the bottom layer of sand and dry the foundation;

2.Back cover: The special back cover glue is applied on the foundation, which can be waterproof on the one hand, and better bonding of the upper layer on the other hand;

3.Organize construction personnel to fill: for the repair part of the group according to the pre-prepared plastic materials for the restoration of the plastic surface layer, the surrounding borders should be meticulous and uniform, and the thickness should be moderate;

4.Sanding: Scrape and sweep the floor with any excess particles and protrusions from patching and pat pits or a sander for the entire field.

5.Spraying surface layer: The most important one in the plastic runway process of this process, it is divided into two constructions, that is, it must be cross-sprayed twice, and there are no specific special requirements for the direction of the first and second passes, but it must be cross-sprayed vertically, and there is no obvious joint after spraying.

Transverse spraying of the first spraying slurry: after confirming that the base is completely cured and formed (generally between 24-48h according to the temperature), the first surface material spraying can be carried out, that is, the configured spray paint is poured into the spraying machine, and one person holds the spray gun head, and 1-2 people push the mechanical equipment to advance at a constant speed for spraying, pay attention to the pressure should not be too large, and the spray gun head is about 30-50cm away from the base layer. Because the spraying machine has pressure, there will be spraying slurry fog when spraying, so the spraying personnel should pay attention to the protective facilities, and there should be no personnel close to the surrounding and it is best to stay away from the building (otherwise there must be protective measures), and the spraying personnel should be exchanged in shifts within 30 minutes.

Longitudinal spraying of the second spraying slurry: after the first spraying slurry is cured (generally about 12h according to the construction temperature), the second spraying can be carried out, the spraying direction is perpendicular to the first spraying, and the others are the same as the first spraying.

All-weather use: any season and temperature difference, can maintain a high level of quality, and can be used immediately after rain, increase the use time, improve the use rate of the site.

Elasticity: It has moderate elasticity and strength, which can reduce physical consumption and improve competition performance.

Impact absorption: Moderately absorb the impact of the feet, reduce sports injuries, and are suitable for long-term practice and competition.

Weather resistance: It will not fade, chalk or soften due to pollution from ultraviolet rays, ozone and acid rain, and can maintain its vivid color for a long time.

Abrasion resistance: The abrasion resistance is less than that of schools at all levels for a long time and high frequency of use.

Compression resistance: It will not be unable to regain elasticity due to the weight of track and field equipment.
