1.The International Congress of Mathematicians 2022 (ICM 2022) will be held entirely online, outside of Russia, but according to the original schedule in St. Petersburg.
2.There is no charge for those who attend ICM events online.
3.The General Assembly (GA) of the International Mathematical Union (IMU) will be held in person outside Russia.
4.The award ceremony for the 2022 Prizes will be held at the same venue one day after the conclusion of the General Assembly of the International Mathematical Union.
5.The dates of the International Congress of Mathematicians and the General Assembly of the International Mathematical Union remain unchanged.
6.Further developments regarding the two conferences will be announced.

1.The General Assembly of the International Mathematical Union and the International Congress of Mathematicians will be held without financial support from Russia**.
2.No Russian **** or representative is allowed to participate in the organization and activities of the International Congress of Mathematicians.
3.All mathematicians are welcome to attend the International Congress of Mathematicians.
4.International Congress of Mathematicians satellite meetings are generally outside the purview of the International Mathematical Union.

The International Mathematical Union was founded in August 1950 in New York, USA, by mathematical groups from 22 countries, and its inaugural meeting was held in Italy in 1952.
