How ACCA members can make a CPD declaration

1. There are three necessary conditions to become an ACCA member.

Exams: Pass the examinations of 14 courses in the ACCA professional qualification syllabus (9 of which can be exempted from the examination at different levels according to the student's educational and professional background);

2. Application process for ACCA membership.

1) Students who pass the ACCA exam will receive an ACCA Associate Membership Certificate issued by ACCA UK Headquarters to confirm that the student has successfully passed all the exams;

2) Prospective members who meet the above "3E" conditions can log in to ACCA**** and fill in the "ACCA Membership Application Form", and submit the ACCA Membership Application Form to ACCA at any time after the necessary conditions for membership are met;

3) After the ACCA headquarters has passed the review materials, the applicant will be issued an ACCA membership certificate, which generally takes two months;

4) After becoming a member for about five years, you can become a Fellow Member (FCCA) after applying and reviewing your qualifications.

ACCA's CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development, and ACCA's members are required to complete CPD once a year.

Students can choose the Semester Pathway, Unit Hour Pathway: If you choose this pathway, you will need to complete 40 relevant semester hours (one hour per semester) per year. 21 hours of Verifiable Units require CPD Evidence, while the remaining 19 Non-Verifiable Units do not require any proof.

In addition to keeping supporting materials, it is recommended that you can record your studies in the CPD Evidence Record at MyAcca. An evidence record corresponds to a learning activity.

For the 19 credit hours that do not require proof, a Evidence Summary is sufficient. If you complete more than 21 validly demonstrable CPD hours in one year, you may count more than that number of hours toward continuing use in the following year. It is important to note that CPD hours that do not require proof will not be counted towards the second year.
