Articles of Association of Small and Medium sized Commercial Enterprises of China

In accordance with the entrustment of relevant departments and the provisions of the association's articles of association, the China Association of Small and Medium-sized Commercial Enterprises mainly performs the following functions:

1. 5. Accept the entrustment of the first class, participate in the formulation, revision and implementation of relevant national standards and industry standards, and carry out enterprise selection activities.

6. Coordinate the provision of credit guarantee services to alleviate the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.

7. Organize international cooperation and exchanges, assist small and medium-sized enterprises to introduce foreign advanced technology, management methods and capital projects, and guide the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises from small to large, from weak to strong, and from scattered to joint.

8. Accept the entrustment to carry out statistical analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises, and provide a basis for the state to make decisions on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

In January 2006, the original "China Collective Commercial Enterprise Association" was officially renamed as "China Association of Small and Medium-sized Commercial Enterprises". The association is supervised by the National Nuclear and Continental Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and is guided and supervised by the Ministry of Commerce and the Department of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
