Samsung washing machines can be drained but not washed and dehydrated

1.Check that the drain is placed in the correct position.

Samsung drum washing machine, with an upper drain design, the drain pipe should be hung in a clip above the back of the washing machine, with a highest point fixed between 60-90cm from the ground.

2.The weather is too cold and there is no heating equipment that may cause the drain pipe to freeze, you can:

1）.Move the washing machine to a room with a relatively high temperature and wait for the ice in the drain to melt before trying again.

2）.Soak the drain in hot water.

3.It is recommended to clean the residue filter of the washing machine 5-6 times a year, if it is not cleaned for a long time, the machine will not be able to drain properly, please follow the steps below to clean the residue filter:

1）.Unplug the washing machine.

2）.Insert it into the seam of the bezel at the bottom (bottom right) of the washing machine and pry it open upwards.

3）.Rotate to the left and slowly pull the emergency drain hose forward.

4）.Rotate the white stopper from side to side by hand, pull it out, and drain all the remaining water from the barrel into the container. Replace the drain hose with the plug back in place to avoid water leakage.

5）.Unscrew the residue filter to the left. (If the floor of the home can be drained directly, steps (3) and (4) can be omitted.) ）

6）.Remove the filter and clean it.

7）.Clean the drain pump together to avoid foreign matter blockage. (The location of the drain pump is to look inside after taking out the filter, there is an object like a small fan blade is the drain pump, which cannot be taken out, and the winding object is gently removed by hand.) ）

1. Check whether there are foreign objects (coins, brooches, buttons, etc.) stuck in the drain valve core, resulting in the drainage valve core cannot be returned to the position and cannot be closed to drain the water while entering the water, and the solution is to take out the foreign body. 2. Check that the drainage tractor (drainage motor) is faulty, and the drainage cable is not clear, resulting in drainage while entering the water, and the solution is to replace the drainage tractor. 3. Check the failure of the water level switch or water level sensor, and the water level pressure cannot be sensed, resulting in drainage while entering the water, and the solution is to change the water level switch or water level sensor in the hall socks.

4. Check that the water pressure air guide pipe is broken or loose, and the pressure to water level switch or water level sensor cannot be provided, resulting in drainage while entering the water, and the solution is to adjust and replace the water pressure air guide pipe. 5. Check whether the central shaft is leaking, and it is easy to burn out the motor. It is recommended to ask the maintenance master to come to the door for maintenance in time to check the obstacles.

In general, the treatment is done.

a. First check the safety switch, the washing machine is turned on and the program is adjusted to the dehydration state, press the safety switch brake arm to the lowest with hands or tools, if the computer board alarms and the digital tube shows "E1", the safety switch or computer board should be replaced at this time;

b. If the brake arm of the safety switch can be dehydrated normally after pressing it with hands or tools, it means that the power-off distance of the safety switch is low, and the safety switch should be replaced at this time;

c. If in the dehydration state, only the wave wheel rotates and the inner barrel does not rotate, at this time, the tractor should check whether the clutch pawl and ratchet wheel have been separated, if not, it is possible that the adjusting rod nut on the drain valve is loose and worn, resulting in insufficient opening distance, at this time, the distance of the adjusting rod should be readjusted, so that it can separate the pawl and ratchet wheel of the clutch.
