First of all, the qualified body reflective label, in addition to the 3C logo, the label should also have the manufacturer's name, origin, model, specifications. These 5 signs must be all there, and all of them are indispensable.
1. The body reflective logo is made of red and white strip (specifications: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm) reflective materials.
2. The total mass of not less than 12000kg of trucks and total mass of more than 3500kg of trailers should be set up at the rear of the body reflective logo, and the minimum height from the ground is 380mm. Reflective logos should reflect the width of the rear of the vehicle.
3. Trucks with a length of not less than 10m and trailers with a total mass of more than 3500kg should be provided with intermittent body reflective signs on the side, and the length of the logo should not be less than 50% of the vehicle length.
4. If the vehicle has a protective device, the body reflective logo can be directly pasted.
5. When the body cannot be posted, it should be pasted on the lining plate first, and then installed on the body.
Box low-speed truck, van truck, box trailer pasting example.
The side body reflective logo should be pasted along the lower edge of the compartment, and the corners of both sides of the upper side of the side compartment are spliced with the white body reflective logo into the "inverted L", and the horizontal and vertical directions of the "inverted L" are spliced together by two white units with a length of 150mm. The rear body reflective logo should outline the contour of the rear of the cabin, and the four corners should be connected by white units. Fig. b) is an example of pasting a secondary body reflective marking material, when using a primary body reflective marking material, the four corners of the rear of the cargo compartment should be outlined with white units, and the other parts should be pasted intermittently.

Figure H1 Example of pasting trucks, trailers, tricycles, and low-speed trucks.
Note: When the rear tailgate height of three-wheeled vehicles, low-speed trucks, some minivans, and light trucks is not high enough to paste the body reflective logo with a continuous length of 300 mm (of which a unit is red and a unit is white), only a white unit with a length of 150 mm can be pasted. Medium and heavy-duty trucks and trailers, on the other hand, should be spliced together at the corners of both sides above the cab rear fence or above the rear of the cab to form an "inverted L" shape, which consists of two white units with a length of 150 mm horizontally and vertically.
Figure 1b) is an example of pasting reflective marker material for a secondary body. For three-wheeled cars, low-speed vans, minivans and some light trucks, the rear can be pasted in a " " shape to meet the requirements of the pasting area. When the rear part is used with a first-class body reflective logo material, it can be pasted intermittently, up and down vertically, and the left, right, and center in the horizontal direction.

Examples of vans, vans, and trailers are pasted in figures.
Note: The side body reflective logo should be pasted along the lower edge of the underbody, and the corners on both sides of the side body should be spliced into an "inverted L" with a white reflective logo. The horizontal and vertical directions of the "inverted L" are made up of two white units with a length of 150 mm, and the rear body reflective logo should outline the rear of the cabin, and the four corners are connected by white units.
Fig. b) is an example of a secondary body reflective marking material. When using the first-class body reflective identification material, the four corners of the rear of the cargo compartment should be outlined with white units, and other parts should be pasted intermittently.

There are two kinds of water ingress in car headlights, one is slight water ingress and the other is severe water ingress. >>>More
The reflector used in the headlamp of the car is the concave mirror, the rear mirror used in the cab of the car is the plane mirror, and the reflector used in the corner of the street is the convex mirror
In fact, the rearview mirror with its own dotted line is called"Double curvature mirrors"Due to the limitation of the size of the rearview mirror, how to let the owner see more and clearer range from the rearview mirror is what many car owners pay attention to. This dotted line is distributed on the outside of the force, usually a third, and we call the part outside the dotted line the outside of the mirror. The outside is a convex mirror, and because of the small radius of curvature, we can see farther from the outside, which is useful at high speeds, and also helps to eliminate driving blind spots when cornering, so that we can anticipate the situation behind us and take appropriate measures. >>>More
Mirrors are a must-have for cars, and they are configured so that you don't have to turn your head drastically to look at the situation behind you.

Butyl rubber is a type of synthetic rubber that is synthesized from isobutylene and a small amount of isoprene. The finished product is not easy to leak, and is generally used to make inner tubes for the wheels of automobiles and airplanes. Butyl rubber is a copolymer of isobutylene and isoprene, which was put into industrial production in 1943. >>>More
