Step 1: Make an envelope template. Run Word 2003, click Tools Letter & Mail Chinese Envelope Wizard, and the system will start the Envelope Maker.

Step 2: Address book. Go to "My Documents" and open the automatically generated address book file - "Chinese Envelope Address." xls", you will see that this is an excel** file, and the recipient's zip code and recipient's address have been automatically filled in the header.
