3) In the jacking, there must be a special person to command, take care of the power supply, and manipulate the hydraulic system and strong bolts. 4) When jacking, the lifting trolley and the counterweight should be moved closer to the tower cap, and the rotating part should be braked, and the tower cap should not be rotated.
