1.Relief valves in the hydraulic system: can suppress the abnormal high pressure in the circuit to prevent damage to the hydraulic oil pump and motor, and prevent it from being in an overload state.
2.Boom luffing safety device: When an accident occurs, the high-pressure hose or oil pipe in the boom luffing cylinder circuit bursts or is cut off, the balance valve in the hydraulic circuit plays a role to lock the working oil from the lower cavity of the cylinder, so that the boom will not be the best to ensure the safety of the operation.
3.Boom telescopic safety device: When an unexpected accident occurs, the high-pressure hose or oil pipe in the boom telescopic cylinder circuit bursts or is cut off, the balance valve in the hydraulic circuit will play a role to lock the working oil from the lower cavity of the cylinder, so that the crane will retract by itself, so as to ensure the safety of the operation.
4.Height limiting device: After the hook is lifted to the specified height, touch the limiting hammer and open the travel switch"Overwinding"The indicator light will be on, and at the same time, the operation of the hook lifting, the boom extending, and the boom falling will be cut off to ensure safety.
5.Outrigger locking device: When an unexpected accident occurs, the high-pressure hose or oil pipe leading to the vertical cylinder of the outrigger is broken or cut, the two-way hydraulic lock in the hydraulic system can block the pressure oil of the two chambers of the outrigger cylinder, so that the outrigger does not shrink or throw out, so as to ensure the safety of lifting operations.
6.Lifting weight indicator: The lifting weight indicator is set on the side of the basic arm (i.e., the right side of the control room), and the operator can clearly observe it when sitting in the control room, and can accurately indicate the elevation angle of the boom and the allowable rated lifting capacity of the crane under the corresponding working conditions.
7.Lifting characteristics table: arranged on the front side lower wall panel in the control room, the table lists the rated lifting capacity and lifting height under various arm lengths and various working ranges, so as to consult during operation. When lifting operations, do not exceed the values specified in the table.

Its safety function is that when the crane encounters the maximum wind force of wide infiltration in the non-working state, the crane will not be blown to prevent the crane from overturning at the end of the track. Common windproof devices include rail clamps, anchoring devices, and iron shoes.
