1. Maintenance and repair of pipeline pumps:
1. 2. 8-16 hours a day for the best use of the pump, continuous use of 24 hours should be equipped with spare parts, regular maintenance and replacement, the replacement period is generally two to three months, due to the expiration of the maintenance should be carried out, does not affect the production or non-continuous operation of the use of maintenance at any time.
3. Pump maintenance method:
a.Remove the dirt and impurities inside and outside the pump casing, pump cover and impeller, and carefully inspect after washing, and continue to use if there is no damage.
b.Remove and flush the dirt and impurities inside and outside the machine seal combination, check the wear of the end face of the seal, and use fine metallographic sandpaper to grind on the flat plate with less wear or scratch to be smooth and traceless.
