The butcher is afraid, and scares it with a knife, and it takes a step back; When the butcher walked forward, it followed.

The butcher thought that the wolf wanted meat, so he might as well hang it on the tree for the time being and come back the next morning to get it. So he hooked the meat, stood on tiptoe and hung it on the tree, and showed the empty burden to the wolf, and the wolf stopped and did not follow. When the butcher went back, when he came to get meat at dawn, he saw a big thing hanging from a tree in the distance, as if a person had hanged himself, and he was shocked and hesitantly approached to see that it was a dead wolf.

When I looked up closely, I saw that the wolf's mouth was biting the meat, but the hook was hooked on its palate, like a fish taking the bait. At that time, the price of wolf skins was expensive, worth more than ten gold, and the butcher had some money because of this. People say that they climb trees to ask for fish, but this wolf climbs up trees to ask for disaster.

So the butcher thought that the wolf wanted the meat in the burden, and that it would be better to hang it on the tree and come back tomorrow morning to get it. So the butcher hung the meat on a hook, stood on tiptoe and hung it on a tree, and showed the wolf the empty burden. In this way, the wolf stopped and stopped following the butcher.

And the butcher went home.
