The difference between medicated fitness and natural fitness:
1. Natural bodybuilders are not so big.
2. Natural bodybuilders are very slow to gain muscle.
3. Drug bodybuilders look older than their actual age.
4. The ratio of the head to the body of drug bodybuilders is very exaggerated.
5. Drug bodybuilders look very dry and muscular.
6. Drug bodybuilders usually use small weights for training, and they can still train large muscle blocks.

How can you tell if a person is using or has taken drugs?
Sometimes it's easier to tell if a person is natural: if they are IFBB professional athletes, then there is no need to doubt them.
But there are many times when it's not very obvious, and many people will seem more "natural" than you think, so you'll need some other methods to help you identify them.
A useful way to do this is to collect data on a person's wrist and ankle circumference and body composition, and then use Casey Butt's formula to determine if their overall lean body mass is within the natural range, but this method is not very practical.
Therefore, you still need to rely on more practical methods to assess a person's "natural likelihood", such as lean body mass index (FFMI), their overall muscles, strength, dryness, shoulder, upper chest and trapezius muscle size, and muscle separation.
1.Standard lean body mass index (FFMI) greater than 25
FFMI is a way of measuring the amount of muscle per unit of height. In general, FFMI = lean body mass (kg) and height (m) squared.
The specific value of FFMI can reflect whether a person is natural or not to a certain extent (note: to a certain extent, not completely, which will be mentioned below). A study calculated the FFMI of 157 male athletes (some admitted to drug use, some claimed natural) and found that the average FFMI of drug users was achievable, while the average FFMI of those who claimed natural was only.
Another major finding was that no natural trainer was able to exceed 25 FFMI, and many unnatural ones exceeded 25.
The study led many to believe that 25 is the upper limit of FFMI for natural (male) trainers. It should be noted, however, that FFMI does not take height into account.
The taller a person is, the bigger and thicker he will be. And if you look at the data from the study, you'll see that taller athletes typically have higher FFMIs. In other words, FFMI grows with height, whether you use drugs or not.
But the researchers were aware of this, so they normalized the data to average height, which removed the confounding factor of height.
After standardizing the data, the scientists found that every natural athlete had a standard FFMI of less than 25, and half of drug users had a standard FFMI of more than 25.
Overall, the study suggests that a standard FFMI greater than 25 is a positive indicator of drug use, but cannot be relied solely on on standard FFMI.
So how do we judge whether a person is natural based on standard FFMI? Here are some criteria:
If a person's standard FFMI is more than 25, then it is almost certain that he used drugs (and not 100%).
If a person's standard FFMI is between 24-25, then he is probably using drugs.
If a person's standard FFMI is between 21-23 and has been training for more than 3 years, then.

Medication for fitness should not have as much physical muscle and mental as natural fitness.
-
You can find it by staring at it for 1 month.
-
The method of urine test can be distinguished.
-
How to tell if someone is naturally bodybuilding or medicated bodybuilding.
-
Natural fitness does not have exaggerated muscle groups, most of them are strong and lean, while most of the drugs have exaggerated muscles.
-
Deltoid valgus is a widely accepted and used way to judge drug bodybuilding, and those who can generally practice deltoid valgus are basically medicated. The deltoid muscle itself is a small muscle group, and it goes without saying how difficult it is to gain muscle. And being able to practice to the state of valgus is naturally a state that natural bodybuilding cannot achieve.
-
The average FFMI for men is 19, so, 19 to 25 is considered natural!
If it exceeds this range, it can be objectively said that a certain drug was used! For example, Ronnie Kuhlman's FFMI is 42, which is crazy!
-
People who are medically fit will be in a state of "sub-health", and will be more likely to get sick than people who are naturally fit, and there are certain differences in physical shape.
-
You can tell from the shape and color of the muscles, and it will feel unnatural.
-
Deltoid valgus is a generally accepted and used way to judge drug bodybuilding, generally speaking, the upper edge of the deltoid muscle is obviously profound, it belongs to valgus, which is the result of drug fitness.

In modern society, fitness has become a trend, and many people love fitness. For fitness enthusiasts, many people choose to use drugs to help them get fit. So, what exactly is the difference between natural fitness and drug bodybuilding?
Today, let's take a look.
First of all, natural fitness and medicated bodybuilding don't refer to the same thing. Natural fitness refers to the continuous exercise of people's bodies through various sports such as running, swimming, yoga, and dance. Drug bodybuilding refers to the use of drugs to make their muscles stronger and look more powerful and beautiful.
But that's not to say that drug bodybuilders don't need to exercise through exercise。In fact, drug bodybuilders not only have to take medicine, they even have to pay more time and energy to exercise. After all, it is impractical to rely on drugs alone to want a body with strength and beauty.
Muscles formed by natural fitness and muscles formed by medical bodybuilding can be distinguished at a glance from those formed by medical bodybuilding. Naturally formed muscles look more natural and look more compatible with the entire bodybuilder's body. And the muscles formed by drug bodybuilding look more deliberate.
Compared to the whole body, it looks more out of place. In addition, there is a difference in the muscle gap formed by the two. In general, medicated bodybuilders will outperform natural bodybuilders in terms of strength.
And natural bodybuilders will outperform drug bodybuilders in terms of technique.
In addition, drug bodybuilding is harmful to the human body if it is adhered to for a long time. For fitness enthusiasts, it is better to choose natural fitness as much as possible and avoid higher frequency drug bodybuilding.
-
In addition to the difference in body size, there is a more critical gap, that is, the gap in physical health. Drugs can bring very scary ***. Anyway, if you want to get a long-term and healthy body, it is better to exercise naturally.
-
If someone gains muscle at an extraordinary rate, as mentioned earlier, three months of training can achieve the effect of others for three years, this can only be done through medication.
-
All kinds of regular and continuous exercise can be called fitness, and bodybuilding is simply to make the muscles as developed as possible to achieve a certain beauty.
-
Drug bodybuilding is ***, and it doesn't look so real, and the muscles that come out of natural fitness look very aesthetic and real, and it is also very good for the body.
-
Drug bodybuilders don't weigh as much as they seem, even though they possess a terrifying muscle dimension; Natural bodybuilders don't weigh as little as they seem, even though their muscular dimension seems small.
-
Drug bodybuilders have a knife-like 3D separation, which looks like P, which is very eye-catching.
-
Many drug bodybuilders have exaggerated head-to-body ratios, and strong bodies appear to have unnaturally small heads.
