1. Statistical work
1. Do a good job in the summary and registration of personal output and defective product data of front-line workers every day, and intermittently check whether the relevant data is accurate;
2. Summarize and publish the attendance, personal output, and defective products of employees every month. Do a good job of monthly output reports and report to the production manager and financial department, including the production workshop and packaging workshop;

5. Assist the personnel department to recruit and register the information of job seekers, and publish the publicity window;

2. Work plan for 20xx
In addition to completing their own work, they should learn about finance and statistics to enhance their professional knowledge.
Actively participate in some professional-related training, effectively improve the accuracy of statistical data, and do a good job in data registration and analysis.
3. Summarize experience and shortcomings
In 20xx, on the basis of the original statistical reports, some of the meaningless ** were improved, and the accuracy of the statistics was strengthened. However, there are still many problems, especially the problem of "counting the number of diners in the canteen". Due to the division of employees in the factory by department, it is difficult to grasp the personnel changes most accurately at the same time, which brings great trouble to the daily reporting.
To this end, after a series of improvements and adjustments, we will report the full-time personnel of the exclusive department to sign and approve, hoping to play a more accurate and timely statistics. The maximum number of people counted in December was 8 people different, and I also reviewed it. Some people have reported that there is a problem in the number of people counting, but whether the same is true for the output of employees.
Regarding this issue is an oversight in my statistics, but I can boldly say that the yield is not 100% correct, but 99% accurate! There are often such and such problems in our work, and we must have the courage to face the mistakes of the troubled brothers and solve the mistakes. If there is one, it will be changed, and if there is none, it will be encouraged!
Looking back, 20xx was an extraordinary year and an important turning point in my career. Baoguang gave me a stage to exercise, which made me gain a lot. These achievements are inseparable from the trust and support of the leaders, and the joint efforts of all quality inspections in the workshop.
