Ordinary people may care about these positions, but for people of their level, this is just a false name, they don't care at all, and they don't feel how important they are.
Someone once explained that Guanyin Bodhisattva had already become a Buddha, but he incarnated as a Bodhisattva and used the power of great compassion to purify sentient beings, which is actually a bit like the meaning of the emperor's private visit. I think such an analogy is also quite reasonable, because we can see that his mana is very profound, and a few drops of water in his bottle can bring ginseng fruit back to life. Sun Wukong is so stubborn, but a small golden hoop spell can subdue him.

Everything is relatively the same. The time and space that sentient beings perceive as karmic obstacles are relative, distorted and intertwined.
5 billion years is easy to understand, it is difficult to distinguish between moments, this moment and that moment, completely different. The phenomenon of attachment leads to a "momentary continuum" of thinking that it is the same, and thus disorientation.
