"Seeking no suffering" is one of the eight sufferings, which refers to the fact that there is no limit to the desires of the world, due to their different occupations, statuses, hobbies, identities, etc., so that the goals sought are also varied, but when the causes are sufficient, they can successfully obtain their wishes, otherwise they will cause suffering.

The main reasons for "not being able to suffer" are as follows:

1.There is no limit to desires: People in the world have boundless desires, hoping for wealth, status, beauty, etc., but these desires cannot be fully satisfied, so they will feel miserable because they cannot get what they want.

2.Being too attached to all things in the world: Some people are too attached to everything in the world, thinking that what they have is real and eternal, but in fact everything is a combination of causes and conditions, and will eventually dissipate, and this attachment will also lead to "not seeking suffering".

3.Lack of correct cognition and thinking: Some people do not have correct cognition and thinking about the goals they are pursuing, but just blindly pursue them, and when the goals cannot be achieved, they will feel pain and loss.

To solve the problem of "seeking no hardship", we can start from the following aspects:

1.Reduce desire: Reducing the root of desire, not too much pursuit of material and fame and fortune, in order to fundamentally reduce the "seeking without suffering".

2.Cultivate correct values: clarify the value and meaning of life, and do not take material and status as the only criteria for evaluating a person, so as to reduce attachment to these things.

3.Cultivate the right way of thinking: learn to look at life and the world correctly, not to take temporary gains and losses too seriously, but to pay more attention to the process and meaning of life.

"Not wanting to suffer" means not wanting to suffer. However, in life, we will inevitably encounter all kinds of suffering, and how to face these sufferings also needs to be thought about and solved. In the face of suffering, we should maintain an optimistic attitude and actively look for solutions to problems, instead of running away and complaining.

At the same time, we should also learn to let go of attachments, reduce worries and pains, and keep our hearts calm and serene.

Buddha Shakyamuni said that people have eight sufferings, which are birth, old age, sickness, death, resentment, love and separation, five yin and blazing, and unwanted. Birth, old age, sickness, and death are natural physiological sufferings; Resentment, love and separation, the five yin and the pursuit of purity are mental suffering. Resentment will be with people or things that are resentful and hated, and it is impossible to get rid of it, which is a kind of pain; It is a pain to be separated from one's loved ones; The five yin are blazing and bitter.

The five yin is the color of the desire to know. 'Fiery', fiery also. Sheng, many also.

Shade, obscuration, too. It is said that these five methods can obstruct the true consciousness of the early people of Wu Tang, so that they cannot be revealed. I can't ask for it, but I can't get what I want, and it's a pain.

To live, to have to live (not to live or to die); old, can't ask for youth; sickness, not seeking health; Death, not eternal life; Love parting, begging for reunion; Resentment will be, and there will be no liberation; The five aggregates are blazing, and they can't be clear. Seeking is desire. If you can't ask for it, you will be distressed.

Birth, old age, sickness and death are inevitable in the world, but the suffering of "not being able to ask for it" should be exempted by subjective will. The strange thing is that throughout the ages, from high-ranking officials and dignitaries to ordinary people, most of them have tortured themselves on this "unbelievable". or tried their best, or tried their tricks, or exhausted the organs, or fought openly and secretly, and in the end it was "against Qingqing's life".

The things that I originally longed for can only be seen from afar, and cannot be approached, or even observed, but can only be put in the bottom of my heart. I can't stop, I can't ask for it. Emotions are inevitably sad, anxious and remorseful.

The full name of "Seeking No Suffering" is 'Suffering Although I Hope But I Can't'. One of the eight sufferings refers to the suffering of not being able to get what you want and not being able to do what you want. The Mahayana Righteous Chapter says that there are two kinds of causes, and there are two kinds of causes: 'seeking to be free from evil dharma but not being able to' and 'wanting to be good and not being able to'There are two kinds of fruits: 'seeking freedom from suffering but not being able to' and 'wanting pleasure but not being able to'.

And there is a difference between the inside and outside of this bitter fruit, the happy fruit of human heaven and the bitter retribution of the three Tu are inside, and the family members of the company are outside.

How to deal with "seeking no suffering".

If you break your self-grasping, you will not ask for anything. Requests arise from selfishness. In fact, three meals a day is already very good, and being able to hear the Dharma is even more good karma, so what more can you ask for?

Some people can't let go if they want to, but you want to get it, you can't ask for it, and you have to get it. When you get something, you have one more kind of trouble, because you are afraid of losing.

In recent years, there have been more and more children with autism, most of whom are not good at verbal expression with others and are not good at making friends with others. The main reason for these situations is that parents do not do a good job of psychological communication with their children, and parents should discover their children's interests and hobbies in a timely manner and guide them out of this autistic state, rather than guiding this thing to the bad side, causing things to develop worse and worse. <> >>>More
