I like to live a quiet and free life, away from the hustle and bustle of the world, singing according to heaven and earth in a place where there is no red dust trouble, and walking by the mountains and rivers. So I chose the tranquility of my soul and clinged to a loneliness in the endless flow of people, so I chose "Zhuangzi", and even more chose Zhuangzi.
The first time I read "Zhuangzi", I felt a long-lost coolness permeating my whole body, and my originally flashy and tumultuous heart calmed down in an instant. Rather than calling it a book, it is better to say that it is a treacherous spiritual picture, full of "absurd words, absurd words, gratuitous words", a lonely, passionate and persistent tears. I can only use my heart to comprehend the true meaning of his imagination.
The evaluation of it may be as Lu Xun said: its writing is full of oceans, thousands of manners, and the works of the sons of the late Zhou Dynasty can not be the first. In the Zhuangzi, everything in nature has a soul, has a human temperament, and thinks like a human being.
There are Kunpeng who migrate by the wind, and there are short-sighted Shu, each with its own soul and thought. In fact, how can this not be the case? Is it to be a kunpeng that spreads its wings and swims, or is it a quirk that is content to be satisfied?
Only we can give our own answers. Compared with other pre-Qin princes, Zhuangzi is more accustomed to using vague and hidden clues to penetrate profound thoughts and strong feelings, just like in "Xiaoyaozi", from Kunpeng spreading his wings to Liezi walking against the wind, the extravagant clues are to point out that "no one has self, God and man have no merit, and the saint has no name". Maybe in that era, you could only put your thoughts and feelings on this!
Zhuangzi inherited from Lao Tzu, but he was different from Lao Tzu. Lao Tzu advocated "rule by inaction" and "small countries and widows", while Zhuangzi also emphasized the idea of forgetting the form and avoiding harm, and useless is of great use, but it is more of the realm of "heaven and earth are born together with me, and all things are one with me". This kind of realm is not something that everyone can do, and it is precisely because of this that it is extraordinary.
Willing to live in poverty, despising wealth and glory, trying to maintain an independent personality in the world, and pursuing the spiritual freedom of being at ease, this is the eternal soul wealth that you have bestowed upon your descendants!
