The construction process of the column is as follows:

1) Preparation for construction.

Tool preparation: 1 electric hammer, 1 iron hammer, 2 movable and fixed wrenches, 1 2-meter ruler, 1 hanging hammer, 2 angle rulers, 1 wire brush, 2 hand electric drills, 2 vigorous pliers, 2 "+ word screwdrivers, 1 glue gun, 1 gray knife, 1 tape measure, 2 red and blue pencils, 1 set of welding machine, 1 level.

2) Construction pay-off.

1. The verticality of the structural column is correct, and the vertical line of the axis of the keel installation position is measured with an angle ruler, and the data is recorded, and the average value is magnified by 10 mm.

2. Mark the position of the axis with a red and blue pencil on the floor, draw it out with a 90° extension line of the angle ruler, determine the axis of the keel at the relative position, and the correct error is the same as above.

3) Upright installation.

1. Connecting the corner code plus anticorrosive glue type plus square gasket, plus spring washer, plus pair bolt and keel hand screwing fixation.

2. Dock the upper mouth of the keel to identify the position, and temporarily fix the spot welding corner code.

3. The vertical error of the keel with a 2-meter ruler is 2 mm, until the three-dimensional adjustment.

4. Review the diameter and compare it according to the pay-off method.

5. The contact position between the full welding corner code and the embedded parts requires a welding height of 6-8 mm, smooth lines, and no bubbles and slag inclusions are allowed.

6. Slag removal and rust removal, and two anti-rust paint coatings.

4) Beam installation.

1. Draw the axis of the beam position according to the construction drawings.

2. Weld and fix the corner code according to the identification line.

3. Place the beam between the two corners of the yard, and fine-tune it to the level of the entry and exit position and the surface of the erection.

4. Correct levelness and entry and exit position.

5. Full welding. 6. Slag removal and rust removal, and two anti-rust paint coatings.

5) Hanging board. Identify the central axis of the vertical and beam with the principle of horizontal and vertical, adjust the arc plate according to the design glue seam, wrap the entire unit column, and then make the overall correction to ensure that the upper and lower grid, vertical and flatness error is 2 mm, and all the screws are completed.

6) Gluing and cleaning.

1. Tear the folded part of the protective film of the aluminum honeycomb panel, and paste the masking paper at the fold at the 90° corner. The masking paper should be folded into a 90° corner at the glue seam of the "+", and the entire plate of masking paper should be in place at one time, and swept it hard to avoid wrinkles in the masking paper.

2. Stuff foam round beech, which is required to be dense and straight.

3. When pouring glue, go in a straight line, from top to bottom, from left to right, and finish it at one time.

4. The squeegee should also be used to the end at one time according to the principle of glue injection, and the scraping speed at the "+" interface is slightly slower.

5. Tear off the masking paper, pull it at an angle of 45° outward, and concentrate the torn masking paper into the trash can to avoid environmental pollution.

6. After the weather-resistant glue is dried, tear off the outer protective film when sweeping the tail, and wipe off the surrounding dust with a dry rag.
