Wireless bridging method:

The main router sets the SSID, fixed channel, and wireless password.

Main Router Settings

4. Click [Wireless Settings] - Wireless Security Settings, and select WPA-PSK as the encryption method, in this example, 12345678 as an example. Note: WPA WPA2 encryption is more secure and more stable to bridge than the old WE encryption, so WPA WPA2 encryption is recommended.

5. Click [DHCP Server] -- DHC Server Settings] and set [Address Pool Start Address] to; Set the End Address of the Address Pool to Click Save to restart the main router. The main router is set up.

Set up the secondary router].

1. Enter the settings interface of the secondary router.

2. Click [Network Parameters] --LAN Port Settings.

3. Set the LAN address of the secondary router to prevent conflicts with the main router, and it is also convenient to manage the main and secondary routers.

4. Click [Wireless Settings] - Basic Settings.

5. Set the SSID to TP Link-B. Set the wireless channel to: 11.

6. Check [Turn on WDS], click Scan in the pop-up interface, find the SSID of the main router after getting the AP list, that is, TP Link A, click the [Connect] button on the right, select WPA-PSK as the encryption method, fill in the key of the main route: 12345678, (keep it consistent with the main router), and click Save.

7. Because the new WDS function is different from the old bridge and more advanced, you only need to turn on WDS on all secondary routers and fill in the information of the main router, if the main router turns on the WDS or bridge function, please turn it off, otherwise the WDS function cannot be used.

8. Click [Wireless Settings] -- Wireless Security Settings to set the password of the secondary route wireless.

9. Click [DHCP Server] --DHCP Server Settings], change [Address Pool Start Address] to [Address Pool Start Address] to [Address Pool Start Address]. [Gateway] Fill in the IP address of the main router, that is. The primary and alternate DNS servers fill in the previously recorded addresses to save and reboot the router.
