Can anyone introduce the book Ancient Texts and Views ?

My answer is as follows:

"Guwen Guan Zhi" is a collection of essays of the Han people in the past dynasties. In the Qing Dynasty, Wu Chucai and Wu Tiaohou were compiled and selected, and Wu Xingzuo was approved. A literary book selected for school use during the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty.

The author of "Guwen Guan Zhi" is Wu Tiaohou, Wu Chucai, and Li Binghai.

Wu Tiaohou, a native of the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, was born in Shanyin County, Shaoxing Prefecture. and his uncle Wu Chucai, both of whom enjoyed the classics, were not suitable for official careers and buried in the people, and both had been engaged in private school teaching for a long time, and left a name for posterity because of the co-compilation of "Guwen Guan Zhi".

Wu Chucai and his nephew Wu Tiaohou jointly compiled the book "Ancient Literature and Views", a total of 12 volumes, including 222 articles from the pre-Qin period to the late Ming Dynasty, mainly prose, and occasionally collected prose. The collected articles are moderately complex, well-styled, well-selected, and each article is accompanied by a brief commentary, which is an enlightenment reading book for old literature and is widely circulated.
