    Application for FCC certification information:

All communication electronic products entering the United States need to be certified by FCC, that is, tested and approved by laboratories directly or indirectly authorized by FCC in accordance with FCC technical standards.

    Basic requirements for application.

FCC's requirements for wireless communication products are mainly contained in Part 2 and Part 24 of CFRtitle47, while the equipment related to personal communication services (PCS) operating in the 1920MHz-1930MHz frequency band is specified in Subpartd of Part 15, and other relevant information such as cost requirements and management requirements are described in Part 0 and Part 1.

    Basic application information.

There are three main types of basic information that applicants need to prepare: basic information of the applicant and the applied product, product specifications and certification information. The applicant must be clear and unambiguous about the relevant issues, and clearly mark the content that does not fall within the scope of the application.

Basic information is submitted to FCC in the form of an electronic document via the Internet.

    This information includes the following:

    1) The basic information of the applicant, such as the complete legal person name, FCC registration code, mailing address, contact information, etc. For applicants from countries or regions other than the United States, they can directly obtain the product authorization from the FCC, or they can designate a person in the United States to obtain the product authorization. The FCC requires applicants to provide contacts to be divided into technical-related contacts and legal, economic, and other non-technical-related contacts.

    2) Applicant** and product**.

    3) Confidential information, i.e., to determine whether there is a confidentiality requirement for the information involved in the application. If confidentiality is not required, others will be able to see the relevant information in the application, which may sometimes lead to the leakage of key information about the product. Therefore, starting from the applicant's technical confidentiality requirements, the FCC allows the applicant to request the confidentiality of some or all of the information.

    4) Delay the release of product authorization information, that is, determine whether the product authorization needs to be delayed. For certain reasons (e.g., confidentiality, etc.), the applicant may choose a product authorization effective date, until which all application information will be kept confidential.

    5) Determine the category of the applied product. For wireless communication products, it generally belongs to PCB, PCE or PUB, etc., depending on the specific product.

    6) Specify the type of application. The application can be for a new product. It can also be an FCCIID, a Class I or a Class change request for an authorized product.

    7) For composite products and products that are part of other complex systems, it is also necessary to determine other relevant certification requirements in addition to the present application.

    8) Provide information about the testing laboratory. The names of all laboratories with FCC testing qualifications are listed on the FCC**, so the testing laboratory provided by the applicant can only be the one listed on the form.

3.Product electrical schematic diagram and working principle description. (If the product has a ground or antenna, it should be described).

4.Regarding the operating oscillation frequency table of the product, the propagation path of the signal and the corresponding oscillation frequency should be listed in the table.

5.Some other product features that need to be explained.

Note description. 1.The relevant documents must be in both Chinese and English.

2.In order to shorten the certification cycle, it is best to provide information in the form of electronic documents.

3.In the certification process, for some special circumstances, enterprises may need to submit other additional relevant information.

4.EBO Certification Center (EBO) is an independent testing, inspection and certification organization. EBO provides certification, testing and auditing services for products, machinery, spare parts and systems worldwide.

There are three types of FCC certification items: certification, doc, and verification. There are great differences in the certification methods and procedures of these three types of FCC certification projects, and the certification methods that can be selected by different products are stipulated in the FCC.

The degree of rigor of its certification is decreasing. For these three types of certification, the FCC committee also has relevant requirements for each laboratory. FCC certification was established by the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) in 1934 by CommunicationAct, which is an independent agency of the United States ** selling syndicate and directly responsible to Congress.

The FCC coordinates domestic and international communications by controlling radio broadcasting, television, telecommunications, satellites, and cables.
