5) Determine the category of the applied product. For wireless communication products, it generally belongs to PCB, PCE or PUB, etc., depending on the specific product.

6) Specify the type of application. The application can be for a new product. It can also be an FCCIID, a Class I or a Class change request for an authorized product.

7) For composite products and products that are part of other complex systems, it is also necessary to determine other relevant certification requirements in addition to the present application.

8) Provide information about the testing laboratory. The names of all laboratories with FCC testing qualifications are listed on the FCC**, so the testing laboratory provided by the applicant can only be the one listed on the form.
