1. Check and carburetor first.
The connection of the relevant connectors is tight to ensure that the carburetor suction is normal and there is no air leakage and suction blockage.
2. Rotate the carburetor mixing ratio screw clockwise to the end, and then rotate the circle counterclockwise.
3. Start the engine and let the engine preheat for 10 minutes to make the engine reach normal working temperature.
4. Adjust the idle speed of the carburetor.
Adjust the screws so that the engine revs at the lowest speed and does not stall.
5. Adjust the carburetor mixing ratio screw left and right repeatedly to make the engine speed reach the highest. In this process, some friends will find that after the mixing ratio screw is adjusted to a certain position, and then rotate the mixing ratio screw in the counterclockwise direction, the idle speed will not change, and the mixing ratio screw can stay at the position when the idle speed is just adjusted to the maximum.
6. Repeat the operation repeatedly to make the engine idle stable.
7. Rotate the throttle handle rapidly, refuel violently, and then release the throttle, in this process, observe whether the engine acceleration and deceleration are stable, if it is stable, the adjustment is successful, if it is not stable, repeat the operation of 4 to 6 steps until the engine acceleration and deceleration are stable.
8. When the engine is idling, it should be kept for 5 minutes without turning off, after the idle speed is adjusted, some vehicles may idle very low, at this time the idle speed should be slightly higher, keep it at about 1000-1500 rpm, because the idle speed is too low, the high-speed driving loose throttle may turn off when idling, the reason is that the air pressure of the air inlet is reduced at high speed, which affects the gasoline of the carburetor idle measuring hole.
9. In the process of idle speed adjustment, if the exhaust pipe has the phenomenon of discharging the gun when refueling urgently, the mixture is generally too thick, and the carburetor mixing ratio screw can rotate counterclockwise.
After the carburetor is adjusted, the road test can be carried out for about kilometers, and after the road test is completed, the spark plug is removed.
Observe the color of the ceramic under the central electrode of the spark plug, if it is brick red, it is normal, if it is whitish, the mixture is thin, if it is black, the mixture is thick.
It is not advisable to adjust the mixing ratio of the carburetor at will, because when leaving the factory, the mixing ratio of the carburetor is adjusted to the best position.
If you move, you won't be able to go back to where you were before. The best position of the mixing ratio of the manufacturer's carburetor is generally more fuel-efficient, and the mixing ratio is thin.
Second, it is recommended that if you really want to move the mixing ratio, please go to the after-sales service.
Generally speaking, the best condition of a carburetor is that the spark plug is burned brick red.

1. Check the carburetor first.
The tight connection of the relevant accessories ensures that the carburetor suction is suction normally, without air leakage or suction blockage.
2. Rotate the carburetor mixing ratio screw clockwise to the end, and then rotate 1 5 times counterclockwise.
3. Start the engine and preheat it for 10 minutes to make the engine reach the normal working temperature.
4. Adjust the idle speed of the carburetor.
Adjust the screws to keep the engine running at its lowest speed.
5. Repeatedly adjust the carburetor mixing ratio screw from left to right to maximize the engine speed. In this process, some friends will find that when the mixing ratio screw is adjusted to a certain position, and then rotated counterclockwise, the idle speed will not change. At this point, when the idle speed has just been adjusted to its maximum, the mixing ratio screw can stay in that position.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to make the engine idle smoothly.
7. Quickly turn the throttle handle, add oil firmly, and then release the throttle. During this process, observe whether the acceleration and deceleration of the engine are stable. If it is stable, the adjustment is successful. If unstable, repeat steps 4 to 6 until the engine accelerates and decelerates steadily.
8. When the engine is idling, it should be kept for 5 minutes without turning off. Some vehicles may have very low idle speed after adjusting the idle speed. At this point, the idle speed should be slightly increased and kept at around 1000 1500 rpm.
Because the idle speed is too low, it is possible to stall at high speeds with the throttle released. The reason is that the air pressure at the intake is dropping at high speeds, which affects the gasoline at the carburetor idle hole**.
9. In the process of idle adjustment, if there is a deflagration in the exhaust pipe during emergency refueling, the mixture is usually too thick, and the carburetor mixing screw can rotate counterclockwise. If the ignition is stalled or misfired during emergency refueling, the mixture is usually too thin and the carburetor mixing screw can be rotated clockwise.
In general, the best condition for tuning a carburetor is a spark plug.
Burnt bricks are red.

The oil added to the 4-stroke lawn mower is unleaded gasoline. The oil can be used not only in lawn mowers, but also in other small gasoline engines. In contrast, 2-stroke lawn mowers use two different oils – gasoline and two silver town stroke oils.
A four-stroke lawn mower works by feeding both a mixture of air and gasoline into the combustion chamber, which then ignites the mixture, compresses the gas, and releases the thrust.
Gain insight into the principle of unleaded gasoline, which differs from gasoline in that it does not contain lead compounds. This is for environmental and health reasons, as lead is oxidized into pollutants such as nitrogen oxides (NOx) and ultraviolet rays in the air, which pose a threat to the air and human health. As a result, many countries have developed standards for unleaded gasoline to protect the environment and human health.
In addition, the use of unleaded gasoline can also make the engine more efficient. Compared to leaded gasoline, unleaded gasoline provides a higher calorific value, i.e. more energy, and also reduces exhaust emissions after combustion. This is important for many machines, including lawn mowers, especially when the environmental conditions are harsh.
In conclusion, a 4-stroke lawn mower needs to be powered by unleaded gasoline. Knowing about the different kinds of gasoline can help us better maintain our lawn mowers and other small mechanical equipment. <>

There may be a few reasons why the lawn mower carburetor is jetting out:
1.Oil & Gas Return Valve is not closed: Some of the fuel will be pressed into the carburetor at the carburetor inlet, and if the oil and gas return valve is not fully closed, the state will be able to eject oil from the inside of the carburetor.
In this case, you can open the fuel tank cap, check whether the oil and gas return valve is closed, if not, you can manually close the valve or replace it with a new oil and gas return valve.
2.The tank is left out for too long: If the tank is not used for a long time, the oil will deteriorate to form gas, and when the lawn mower is started, the oil and gas in the carburetor will create pressure, causing gas to eject. In this case, you can drain the old oil in the tank and add new clean oil.
3.Air filter blockage: The air filter will prevent pollutants such as dust and debris from entering the air, if the air filter is too dirty or clogged, it will restrict the air from entering the engine and cause a drop in power, at which time too much mixed oil entering the carburetor may cause the carburetor to be jetted out.
When this happens, you can regularly clean or replace the air filter and make sure it is in good working order.
The above are the reasons why the lawn mower carburetor is sprayed outward and the corresponding solutions. If the above methods do not solve the problem, it is recommended to contact a professional for inspection and repair.

The air filter is faulty.
1. Air filter Capter's fault: The air filter will prevent pollutants such as dust and debris from entering the air, if the air filter is too dirty or blocked, it will restrict the air from entering the engine and cause the power to decrease, at this time, the amount of mixed oil entering the carburetor is too much, which may cause the carburetor to jet out.
2. Fuel tank vent blockage: There is a vent inside the fuel tank to help air enter the tank, which in turn makes the fuel only be able to enter the carburetor to start the engine, if the tank vent is blocked, the pressure will be established in the tank, causing the carburetor to lose negative pressure, which can cause the carburetor to be jetted out.

If your lawn mower carburetor is blowing out, it could be one of the following reasons:
1.Air Filter: The air filter may be clogged with slag foci contaminants, preventing air from flowing through, preventing the carburetor from working properly. Please check the air filter and wash or replace it.
2.Fuel system: There may be a blockage in the fuel line or a lack of fuel** due to a failure of the fuel pump or liquid shed. Check the fuel filter and fuel lines and make sure the fuel is flowing smoothly.
3.Injectors: Injectors can be clogged or damaged, resulting in under-injection or incorrect injection direction. Please inspect the fuel injector and clean or replace it.
It is important to note that lawn mower carburetors may have sparks during use, and if something goes wrong, take it to a professional repairer for repair or replacement parts. This avoids potential security risks.

The two-stroke mower carburetor has two adjustment buttons, one for idle and the other for adjusting the air mixture.
When debugging, tighten first, then retreat 1 1 4 turns, retreat to 1 1 4 and then fine-tune left and right to reach the highest point of speed for the best point.
Cooperate with the idle speed adjustment screw and repeatedly adjust to the desired idle speed.

The method of adjusting the carburetor of the lawn mower is very simple, but if it is not adjusted well, either the idle speed is unstable or the maximum power is not enough, here is how to adjust the idle speed and maximum power.
Diagram of the position of the oil needle of the diaphragm oil bubble carburetor.
There is a hole in the middle of the throttle cable turntable, and there is actually a screw in the hole, which is the idle oil needle. If the idle oil needle is too small, it is easy to stall due to insufficient oil supply during idling, or it is easy to stall when accelerating sharply. If the idle oil needle is too large, it is easy to stall due to oil enrichment.
The high-speed oil needle determines the maximum speed at which the engine can be driven. If it is too big or too small, the maximum speed of the engine will be affected, and it can be adjusted while the machine is running at full speed. There will be a section in which the maximum speed of the engine hardly changes, but there is still something else to do, in this interval when the oil needle is minimal, the engine is prone to overheating and wear, and will slow down significantly when it suddenly encounters resistance, but the advantage is that it is not easy to form carbon deposits.
The oil needle will be more oil-intensive when it is largest, but it has the advantage of being powerful and protecting the machine.
