No matter what ball game, ball sense is the first thing. Although it seems to be very empty, it is so capricious and important. Just like the human spirit, it may not be touched, but it is meaningless to live without the spirit.
Spherical sensation is a long-term accumulation process. Personally, I think that even if you don't usually play ball and don't have a field, you can juggle the ball at home, play with the racket, and master the trajectory of the ball. Over time, not only has you practiced your ball sense, but you have also mastered some pretend skills, which can show off your skills in front of your golfers, of course, this is an unexpected gain, and the fundamental thing is to control the ball around your body.
The way to practice the ball sense is to hit the wall. You can juggle the ball, you can play against your teammates, and of course the best way is to fight. Sum up experience in actual combat and find out the shortcomings.

The premise of the high lob in the backcourt is the timing and position of the movement, and in order to improve the kill, you must be at the back of the point of impact when you hit the ball. In this way, you can use the coordination of the whole body to exert force, rather than simply "pulling" with your arms. To put it another way, not all high balls you can kill.
Exercises that need to be strengthened include racket, coordinated force (full-body coordinated swing exercises), starting, and footwork. Only with skillful coordination and power can you make a smash at the right point. Watching the master kill the ball on the spot (note that it must be a master), you will find that they don't feel very "hard", the reason why they feel this way is because their force comes from the legs, and after a step-by-step transmission and acceleration before finally converging to the hand, at the same time, there is no transmission loss such as wrist collapse when the fingers are grasped at the end, which is more concentrated.
-
The force of all parts of the body should be very coordinated. At the beginning of the exercise, you must not exert force, but keep the movements correct, and gradually increase the force after becoming proficient. After practice, it is the feeling of explosive whipping.
Swing the racket 300 times a day to become proficient, then add footwork. Go to the court and ask someone to feed you multiple balls, and after you are proficient, you can play a single ball against a flat high, and then add footwork to practice tactical combinations. The backhand is similar, but the backhand footwork is more demanding, and you can't hit it if it's not in place.

There are many skills to master in badminton, such as gripping, serving, rubbing, high ball, pounce, flat block, killing, etc. When learning badminton techniques, you can have a sequence of exercises that are personalized according to your current level. After learning how to shoot high, it will be much easier for you to learn to kill the ball, which will cause you to have mastered the power.
The power of the killing ball is more forward, in front of the right shoulder, plus the wrist is pressed down, the body is bent and the abdomen is tucked. If you want to jump kill, go with the jump kill.
-
If the ball is already behind the body plane, there is no good chance of pressing down. Some masters and professional athletes can also kill the ball that looks more backward, mainly due to the side and waist correction, which brings the batsman and shoulder to the relative back position. In essence, it does not change the position of the power hand and the ball.
Turning sideways is the fastest way to adjust your position, and turning is definitely faster than running. The ball in front of the net is also a good proof, many balls, as long as you turn and turn sideways, you can catch it, there is no need to run.
-
The force should be used to exert force in the core parts of the body, which is the strength of the waist and abdomen. I'm sure you're tired of listening to it, but you have to practice, even if you're an amateur, practicing the right moves will reduce injuries and increase fun. For example, after the forehand is completed, you should feel your waist fully extended and twisted back, with your center of gravity behind, your shoulders perpendicular to the net, and your arms relaxed.
This is the key to the action of charging! Twist your waist first and then move your hands when exerting your strength (which is also crucial)! Whip the racket onto the ball with explosive power.
And the power was sent!

With a sense of the ball, you may not be able to play well, and pace is a key part of this. Reasonable pace can make it easier for you to play, and the most important thing is not to get hurt. We are not professional players, and playing for fitness is more entertaining than competitive.
Therefore, no injury, happy exercise is the first priority. Here, pace is crucial. There are non-ball pace exercises, and ball pace exercises.
Off-ball exercises are readily available, see Variety of Pace Exercises**. As a reminder, sticking to skipping rope is a great place for pace practice and playing. There is a ball practice, you can cooperate with your golfers, and pick out the details one action at a time.
For example, if a golfer plays a long shot, you practice how to drop back and hit the ball. Golfers put the net, and you practice the pace of the net.

The initial judgment is important, after determining that it is the ball in the back court and can be pressed down, it is necessary to profit from the maximum initial velocity at the fastest speed - the start, rather than running directly. This is a misconception of many beginners, thinking that it is right to run as soon as possible, but the movement position of badminton is very short, and regular running is not the best choice. A good piece of advice is that if you want to hurry, you can't get there; A very good state of mind is not in a hurry.
I can't use it because it's too tight and I want to exert too much force. The next time you kill, try not to exert force first, and rely on the inertia of your body to drive.

Generally speaking, there are four basic ways to kill a badminton ball:
Forehand hit straight ball (sideways jump).
The preparation posture and movement essentials are basically the same as those for the forehand highball. [1] Once the steps are in place, bend your knees and lower your center of gravity in preparation for the jump. When jumping sideways, lift your upper arms, forearms, and rackets up with your shoulders to the upper right to stretch your body upwards.
After the jump, the body leans back and straightens the chest into a reverse arch shape.
Then swing the right upper arm to the right back, the forearm swings back naturally, the wrist is stretched back, and the forearm drives the racket to swing from top to back, and the grip should be loose. Then the volley turns and closes the abdomen to drive the right upper arm to swing to the right, the elbow leads, and the forearm swings forward at full speed, driving the racket forward at high speed.
When the point of impact is on the front and upper part of the shoulder, the forearm is rotated inward, the wrist is bent forward and slightly retracted, and the wrist is flashed to kill the ball. At this time, the fingers should suddenly grasp the handle of the racket and concentrate the explosive power of the wrist on the point of impact. The angle between the racket and the horizontal plane in the direction of impact is less than 90 degrees, and the racket hits the back of the stock head-on, causing the ball to go straight down.
After the kill, the forearm is retracted forward with inertia. Bring the racket** to your chest during the return process.
Forehand kills diagonal balls (sideways jumps).
The preparation posture and movement essentials are the same as those for the forehand kill. The difference is that after the jump, the body turns to the left front and assists the arm to hit the ball diagonally. Overhead kills straight and diagonal balls:
The essentials of movement and preparation are the same as hitting the high ball overhead. The difference is that when swinging the racket to hit the ball, you should concentrate all your strength to press down in a straight or diagonal direction, and the racket side and the direction of the shot are horizontal. The included angle is less than 90 degrees.
Backhand kills straight balls
Prepare for the same posture and movement as you would for a backhand ball. The difference is that the swing force before hitting the ball should be large, and the angle between the horizontal plane between the racket and the direction of the hit at the moment of hitting the ball is less than 90 degrees.
Take off and assault the straight ball
Lean sideways and take a step back with your right foot to prepare for the jump. After jumping, the body rises to the right back, the upper body is tilted back or arched backwards, the right arm is raised up, and the shoulder is pulled back as much as possible. When hitting the ball, the forearm swings up at full speed, the wrist is extended from the back through the forearm to the flexion, and at the same time, the racket is pressed to generate explosive force to hit the ball forward and down at high speed.
After the assault smash, the right foot is on the right side of the ground and the knee is bent to cushion, and the center of gravity is in front of the right foot; Land your right foot in front of your left side, push your left foot back to the center, and move your arm forward with inertia.
1) The racket should have enough momentum at the moment of hitting the ball – this is related to the swing process. The most important point is that in the case of little difference in the racket, the power of the shot does not depend on the absolute power, but on the speed of the shot. The faster you can swing the racket (the moment you hit the ball), the more powerful the shot will be.
2] (2) The "recovery factor" of the racket when hitting the ball is larger - this is related to the racket, the string, and the accuracy of the racket's touch (the racket's contact area should be in the "sweet zone") when hitting the ball).
3) The smaller the angle between the normal direction of the racket face and the swing direction when hitting the ball, the greater the power of the shot - this is related to the control of the racket.
Precautions for beginners in badminton.
1. Strive to hit the ball in front of the body, and never let the ball fall below the height of the neck, otherwise the ball will not attack. >>>More

Badminton Lineman Rules The final word on the facts on the line under view is in or out of bounds, if the ball falls out of bounds, no matter how far away, it will be indicated by hand gestures (arms raised sideways); If the ball lands in bounds, point to the boundary line with the index finger of the right hand; If the line of sight is obstructed, the referee shall immediately raise his hands and cross them in front of his eyes, and the referee shall decide, if the referee does not see it, the ball shall be re-served, and shall not be based on the opinion of the player or persons outside the court. All gestures should be clearly visible to the referee.
