If you have signed a tripartite agreement before graduation, but you are about to graduate and leave school, and you have found a new job and signed an employment contract directly, how can you reassign your personal file? First of all, when the school asks students for their opinions on whether to send files to the work location of the tripartite agreement, please apply for the files to stay in the school temporarily, otherwise even if you terminate the tripartite agreement, the school will mail the files to the talent center or the personnel department of the unit where the tripartite agreement is located by default.
The second step is to go to the enterprise that signed the agreement to terminate the agreement, and first consult the relevant procedures for terminating the agreement and the needs according to the contact of the enterprise on the tripartite agreement. Materials and liquidated damages (1000 for my liquidated damages, materials are tripartite agreements, original and copy of ID card).
After arriving at the original unit, contact the department that handled the termination of the contract, and then submit the materials, pay the liquidated damages, and get the [receipt voucher], and you will get the [return letter] that you need most to apply for reassignment.
After returning to school, give the [Return Letter] to the teacher of the school's [Employment Office], and the teacher will hand over the blue and white pages of the [Registration Card] that has arrived at the school to you after reading the [Return Letter], and will not put it in the file.
After graduating and leaving the school, after working in the new unit, apply to the personnel department of the new unit for a [letter of acceptance], the format is drawn up according to the requirements of the school, and the official seal of the unit and the location of the unit are stamped.
If you already have a [registration card], [return letter], [acceptance letter], you also need to draw up a [reassignment application], [reassignment application] requires me and the school responsible for the reassignment of the leader to sign, and finally bring these four important materials, submit to the school employment office, about a month, you will receive a new registration card, the registration card to the school responsible for file management of the hands of the hand, and fill in the location of your file reassignment.

You can't participate in the school reassignment three years after graduation, and the school reassignment is valid for two years at most.
