Cucumulus clouds are generally divided into Cumulus pailus, Cumulus congestus and Cumulonimbus clouds, of which Cumulus pale is generally about 2000-3000 meters in height, and Cucumulus congestus is generally around 1500-2000 meters, which may produce showers, but the amount of rain is not large. The height of cumulonimbus clouds is very low, perhaps less than 1000 meters at an altitude, and cumulonimbus clouds generally appear frequently in summer or in southern China. The rainfall is heavy, but because the cloud range is not large, it is mostly vibrational rainfall.

Stratiform clouds are stratus, stratocumulus, Nimbostratus and Cirrocumulus.

Cirrocumulus is the highest, more than 3000 meters, followed by high-level clouds, which can also reach about 3000, Stratocumulus is relatively low, they do not produce rainfall, for Nimbostratus it varies with the height of different situations, generally the cloud layer is thick, the height of the cloud is low, and continuous heavy rainfall is produced. The general height is around 1500 meters.

In the case of undulating clouds, they are caused by unstable air currents, which are not fixed in height and hover at an altitude of about 1500-2000 meters, which can produce showers.
