Prepare medicinal materials (if you have angelica at home, you can add 5 grams, don't add too much, I just ran out at home so I didn't go down), Radix Radix can also be used Codonopsis, Codonopsis ginseng tonifies the qi, strengthens the spleen and lungs, and the herbs are relatively cool, so I don't use Radix ginseng too hot, this is according to personal preference!
After washing the herbs, soak them in water for about 60 minutes (wolfberries belong to the lower herbs, do not soak them in water together), the herbs that have been soaked in water will be more flavorful, if the time is too late, then skip this link.
Note: Remember to remove the core of the jujube.
After the chicken feet are washed, blanch them in a pot under cold water, add cooking wine and ginger slices to boil, after the water boils, pick them up and rinse them with cold water for about 2 minutes, drain them and add salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce to marinate for 30 minutes.
