Personal summary report of workshop management work

This is the end of the year, and in 20xx I did my duty. I gave my best in my job and worked tirelessly for a year without any major mistakes. The work in 20xx was responsible for two major projects:

Responsible for the garment workshop in the first half of the year, and responsible for the quality of all products in the second half of the year.

In terms of production: in the past few months, I have done my best to let employees earn money no matter which workshop they are in, so as to create benefits for the company and protect the market. I am proud to have been in the garment shop for a few months, because the benefits have increased by almost a third compared to the monthly results in 20xx.

There are also a lot of shortcomings in it, people's potential is very deep in order to tap out, don't underestimate everyone. Among them, there are many shortcomings, the most insufficient is the inaccurate quantity. The good thing in the workshop is that the goal of 20xx has been completed, and the employees have followed me to earn money, and there are more employees than last year, and there is no loss of employees.

I am very happy.

In terms of quality: since the arrival of technology, I have deeply felt that I am busy and have a great responsibility; Big things, small things, press on the body. Paying attention to this head and ignoring that one, it is a little light-brained.

Didn't work in all directions. The main points are as follows: I have not been in technical work for a long time, I do not have enough experience and ability, I do not have a deep understanding of all procedures, and I do not have a solid grasp of individual departments.

Although some of the issues did not have a great impact on my work, I always felt that I was not doing my job. I want to strictly require myself that unqualified samples are not in the workshop, the process is not accurate and not in the workshop, and the unqualified products are not out of the factory, and I must strictly require myself to increase the inspection of all departments and make good records.

In the future work plan, by summarizing the work of the year, although there has been some progress and achievements, there are still many deficiencies in these aspects, and there are no innovative ideas. Individual work is not done well. In the future work, we will strive to find our own shortcomings, so as to overcome them in the future work, and at the same time find more experience and master the product.

Importance, improve their ability to work, strengthen the sense of responsibility, do a good job in personal work in a timely manner, constantly summarize and reflect, constantly enrich their ability to improve their own quality, adapt to the development of the enterprise and the company common progress, joint efforts. Product quality is very important to the company, without quality there will be no market, quality determines the fate of the company. This work is also very stressful for me, since the superior leader handed over this work to me, that is, I trust and believe that I can do this job well, since I took this job I will try to do my job well, will not live up to the expectations of the superior leader, and will not let the superior leader disappoint.

The year 20xx has passed, and I will continue to persevere and be proactive as I look forward to the work in 20xx. Use your abilities in your own work. Perfectly complete the tasks assigned to me by my superiors and my responsibilities.
